The Brown Advisory Novices’ Chase is a race that frequently throws up future winners of the Gold Cup at the Cheltenham Festival.
Some of the greatest names in the history of the game landed the Grade 1 before going on to score in the following season’s Blue Riband including Arkle, Denman and, most recently, Lord Windemere. That is because the Brown Advisory Novices’ Chase is run over a distance of 3m and there are 20 fences to be jumped.
Last season’s renewal provided one of the shocks of the 2023 Cheltenham Festival as leading fancy Gerri Colombe was beaten by The Real Whacker.
You can run the rule over our Brown Advisory Novices’ Chase odds on the Paddy Power website and Paddy Power app, otherwise all the key details about next year’s renewal can be found below.
