Gordon Elliott is one of the most successful trainers in the history of the Cheltenham Festival.
Chicago Grey was the first of 37 on the scoreboard for the Country Meath handler when landing the National Hunt Chase all the way back in 2011.
Elliott is associated with one of the most popular horses in recent memory, Grand National hero Tiger Roll, who won at the Cheltenham Festival on five occasions in three different races.
The 45-year-old is one of the precious few trainers in the game with the ammunition to challenge Willie Mullins for the Top Trainer title at the Cheltenham Festival 2023.
At the very least, he will be hoping to improve on last year’s total of two winners and boasts a number of leading contenders including Delta Work, Galvin, Gerri Colombe and Mighty Potter.
