Easy To Dream remains a maiden, but shouldn’t be long in opening her account judged on her last two runs in handicaps, and she looks a big player here. She showed her best form to date back up at seven furlongs when finishing third over course and distance in February, easy to back but very much catching the eye, her tendency to lug right in the straight the only real negative. Easy To Dream was poorly placed given how the race transpired, but she finished well, and the feeling is she is very well treated from a mark of 58.
Final Fantasy started at a much shorter price than on all of her previous starts when getting off the mark over course and distance a fortnight ago, beating the reopposing Tokyo Chic by half a length, and she is strongly fancied to uphold that form. Final Fantasy overcame greenness on her first try going right-handed and had to dig deep under pressure after she hung left in the straight, but all in all showing a good attitude. She has a useful pedigree, and has started life in handicaps from a lowly level, so there is reason to think she can go on progressing for a while yet.

This looks open, so it could be worth taking a chance on Fact Or Fable, who has been out of form for a while now, but finds himself 2 lb below his last winning mark. He wasn’t seen to best effect when beating only one rival home at Wolverhampton last time, racing wide and taking a bump entering the straight. The inside stall could be a big help here and he is weighted to go close if putting it all together.
