It’s finally here – the Aintree Grand National for 2021 is upon us we’re giddier than Donald Trump when he gets back on Twitter ahead of the most celebrated race in the National Hunt season.
And, just in case you’ve landed from Mars – first, greetings, you can put the lasers and probes away; second, The Grand National gets underway this Saturday, April 10, at 17:15 – make sure you drop a Martian dollar or two on something in it, yeah?
NEW TO PADDY POWER?
In fact, there’s a full card of SEVEN races at Aintree on Saturday to test your punting wits against – that includes the Grand National as well as three Grade 1 contests. Fantastic stuff.

Mick Fitz says: “MY DROGO won very nicely at Ascot and Kelso and the Skelton team are in top form.”
3:35pm Ryanair Stayers Hurdle
Matt Chapman says: “I suspect in a big field they will go a stronger gallop and that will suit PAISLEY PARK.”
6:20pm Wetherbys National Hunt Flat Race
Timeform say: “BALCO COASTAL was most impressive at Kempton and the form has a strong look to it…”
