Overworkdunderpaid – 16:30 Carlisle
Overworkdunerpaid has proved a revelation since joining Laura Morgan, making it three wins from four starts for the yard with a career-best performance at Leicester last month. Settled in touch in the early stages, he was produced to lead at the final flight and just needed to be driven out on the run-in to win by six and a half lengths (had plenty in hand).
Clearly, this will be tougher now stepping up further in grade, but Overworkdunderpaid looked full value for a 10 lb hike in the weights, such was the ease of his victory. He is proven in these good conditions and may yet have more to offer, so there is every reason to be positive about him as he seeks his fourth win since December.

Captain Chaos – 15:25 Carlisle
Captain Chaos has returned to form since being fitted with blinkers, building on an encouraging effort at Warwick with a determined victory at Ascot last time. He helped force a strong gallop at Ascot and pressed on from some way out, approaching the second last with a clear advantage.
The runner-up began to close him down on the run to the line, but Captain Chaos was in no mood to be denied, sticking to his task well to get the verdict by a head. He is only 5 lb higher here and should mount a bold follow-up bid if the headgear continues to have the desired effect. The fact he should be able to dominate in this small field will certainly aid his cause.
Each-way
Click And Collect – 16:00 Carlisle
Click And Collect is still a maiden after nine starts over hurdles, with little encouragement to be taken from his efforts earlier this season. He took a step back in the right direction at Sedgefield last time, though, travelling strongly for a long way before tiring in the straight (ultimately beaten 17 lengths into sixth).
That first run after eight weeks on the sidelines is likely to bring about some improvement, while the handicapper has given him a chance by dropping him another 4 lb in the weights since then. A BHA mark of 87 is very lenient judged on Click And Collect’s best efforts, so he could be worth a small each-way interest at rewarding odds.
