16:40 – Jumira Bridge (NAP)
Jumira Bridge confirmed his return to form when regaining the winning thread at Wolverhampton in January, value for a bit extra on top of the winning margin too given he had to wait for a gap, and he followed that up with a victory at the same venue just 12 days on, tanking along before quickening clear.
Jumari Bridge has finished down the field in his last two outings, but he has shaped better than the bare result on both occasions and certainly hasn’t gone off the boil, drawn inconveniently wide and not enjoying the rub of the green on either occasion. Derek Shaw isn’t quite going through the purple patch that he was in January, but his charge is still one to be interested in.

17:55 – Second Collection (NB)
It has been fourteen runs since Second Collection last won a race, but she hasn’t had the rub of the green of late and could be worth chancing now dropped in class.
Second Collection attracted support having been stepped down in trip at Wolverhampton in January, but she wasn’t seen to best effect on that occasion, running on late but faced with a hopeless task from her position. She is also best not judged on her latest run, again left poorly placed and not unduly punished once beaten.
She has been eased in the weights as a result of these outcomes and looks a major player now able to race off 2 lb lower than her last winning mark.

19:25 – Spirituoso (E/W)
A Charm Spirit filly who is a half-sister to a couple of winners, including the useful Red Force One, Spirituoso made some appeal on pedigree ahead of her debut at Lingfield in January, but she offered little to work on, in the rear for much of the race and not unduly punished. She showed more on her second outing though, finishing third at the same venue, and she shaped similarly when sixth on her latest outing, finishing with running left.
She remains with the potential for better still and appeals as the type to do much better now sent handicapping, with this step back up in trip certainly viewed as a positive.
