Kempton 13.15 – Tedham (each way)
Tedham is still only seven but has qualified for the Pertemps final at Cheltenham. However, he’ll need to win here to give himself any chance of getting a run. He looked incredible a couple of years ago but hasn’t quite hit those heights since. He did finish third in last season’s Betfair Fixed Brush hurdle at Haydock off 130. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him bounce back to form here.

Kempton 13.50 – GA Law
I fancy GA Law here. There’s a disappointing turnout for this race but it’s reflective of the depth in some of the novice divisions in the UK at the moment. GA Law absolutely bolted up on his first three starts over fences, which were all around two and a half miles on decent ground. He dropped to just shy of two miles for the King Henry VIII and found the trip and soft ground a little tough. This is a return to two and a half miles and on decent ground. GA Law could get away on the front here so I fancy him.
Kempton 14.25 – Tritonic
Tritonic‘s trainer Alan King won this in 2017 and 2018 with Master Blueyes and Redicean and I fancy him to secure another win here. Tritonic liked his hurdles debut where his jumping was really good (bar a mistake when reaching for the last) and he showed a really nice attitude to run down Casa Loupi, who had run well out in front. Quotes since suggested he wasn’t fully wound up for that run, so he could well improve plenty. I’m backing Tritonic in this one.

Newcastle 15.15 – Crossley Tender (each way)
Crossley Tender is only eight and is improving this season, winning four of his eight starts. He was only rated 103 at the beginning of the season and is now rated 125. He won over 3m2f at Newton Abbot and Fontwell. He handles soft ground well and he carries only 10st 1lbs so he can run well here. Crossley Tender is worth an each way punt.
Kempton 15.35 – Erik Le Rouge (each way)
He has been poor this season but he’s back down to his last winning mark, which was here at Kempton last January over 2m4f. He also won twice at Kempton over hurdles off 129 and 134. The better ground is a plus for Erik Le Rouge here and Jamie Moore taking over from Chester Williams is also an upgrade. He’s worth taking a chance on here.
Kempton 16.10 – My Way
Just three runs ago, My Way ran a cracker in the Badger Beers Silver Trophy at Wincanton on decent ground over 3m, however, his stamina just gave way late on. The ground has been against him in the last couple of runs. He’ll be back on decent ground in this one and back to two and a half miles so I can see him bouncing out in front and winning here. Worth noting it’ll be the first time he’s using blinkers.
