Eileendover created a deep impression when winning both her starts in bumpers in 2020, achieving an unusually high rating for a three-year-old filly. She won by 29 lengths on her debut at Huntingdon in November and then proved that performance wasn’t a fluke when defying a penalty at Wetherby the following month, quickening clear to land the spoils by 16 lengths.
That form comfortably sets the standard here on Timeform’s weight-adjusted ratings, especially as she receives an 11 lb weight-for-age allowance from each of her six rivals. When you factor in her scope for more improvement after only two starts, then this looks an excellent opportunity for her to bring up the hat-trick.
Easy Bucks has taken really well to chasing this season, winning twice at Uttoxeter and then shaping better than the bare result when second at Ffos Las last time. He jumped and travelled fluently at Ffos Las, but the testing conditions seemed to stretch his stamina over three miles, looked tired on the run-in after he had led briefly on the approach to the last.
He’s been given plenty of time to recover from those exertions and will be suited by dropping back down in trip. Admittedly, this won’t be easy after another 4 lb rise in the weights, but he’s done nothing wrong over fences to date and is fancied to prove equal to the task.

Ivilnoble took a step back in the right direction and probably should have finished closer when third on his most recent outing at Plumpton. He dictated a steady gallop at the head of affairs and still held every chance until a bad mistake at the second last halted his momentum, giving him little to chance to recover.
He was ultimately beaten 17 lengths but shaped much better than that, leaving the impression he is back in form. Now 3 lb lower than when recording his last success over fences, Ivilnoble should be winning races again before too long and looks to hold sound each-way claims here if building on the promise of last time.
