Very unlucky not to have won latest when collared late and to make matters worse posted excellent time in defeat. Pulled clear from the rest of the field in that race and at least remains in the same Grade. Fantastic early pace and a perfect draw means he should not be caught this time.
Ultra consistent greyhound who doesn’t know how to run a bad race. Got no luck in defeat in a red-hot Grade A on April 17th and was just beaten on the line. There’s a significant line of form with his likely main market rival #4 Bgr The Fighter back on March the 9th when he finished five lengths in front of him. That’s good enough for me.
Fallen from grace big style when you consider was mixing in Grade A at one point. Dropped to Grade D for the first time last time and showed significant improvement, as you would expect, when second. Middle-to-wide runner so no excuses with trap draw and surely will win in this grade. Form is temporary, class is permanent.
A prolific performer and a credit to connections. Winner of 10 of his last 15 starts in Grade A. Got crowded on the run-up and then impeded at the first bend last time out when faced with a tricky draw. Dream draw on the fence in Trap 1 in this race and will be looking to add to his brilliant strike rate. No question, this gets my NAP vote.
My old friend and got the NAP selection last time out, and once again lost nothing in defeat other than the cash when agonisingly just failing to get up on the line. The son of College Causway cannot be drawn wide enough, so Trap 8 is perfect and two of his three wins have come from this box, so I’m sticking with the chicken on the menu.
