The world’s best golfers are gearing up for the first major of the year as the Augusta National Golf Club prepares to stage the US Masters.

Scottie Scheffler is the defending champion and the most recent recipient of the iconic green jacket after beating Rory McIlroy by three shots to win last year’s tournament.

The 87th edition of the US Masters is finally here as it takes place between Thursday, April 6 to Sunday, April 9 at the Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia.

The latest US Masters odds are on the Paddy Power website and Paddy Power app, otherwise prices for the leading contenders at the 2023 tournament can be found below.

Rory McIlroy in action at Augusta National

Rory McIlroy is the favourite with Paddy Power to win the US Masters after a near miss last season at Augusta.

The world number three got off the mark for the year at the Hero Dubai Desert Classic before tying second at the Arnold Palmer Invitational in early March.

The US Masters is the only major championship absent from 33-year-old McIlroy’s CV, although he has finished in the top five on four occasions.

Scottie Scheffler is next in the betting to win the US Masters as last year’s champion bids to become the first back-to-back winner since Tiger Woods in 2002.

The world number one heads to Augusta in fine form after routing the field to win the Players Championship in early March.

Scheffler, 26, has carried last season’s fine form into 2023 by also winning the Phoenix Open earlier in the calendar year.

Jon Rahm can also be found towards the head of Paddy Power’s outright betting for the US Masters.

The world number two is enjoying a dream season with victories on the PGA Tour in the Sentry Tournament Of Champions, the American Express and the Genesis Invitational.

Rahmbo, 28, has won just one major championship during his career and has never finished higher than fourth at Augusta.
