Tour Championship – 5 places

I’m keen on Rory McIlroy. This is a really interesting event and you have to be careful with your bets as there are two markets to choose from. We’ve got the market of tournament winner and McIlroy has a chance to do that.

However, he does give Scottie Scheffler a six shot head start, which isn’t easy. I’m backing Rory in the Lowest 72 Hole Score market.

He’s a slightly shorter price in that market but rightly so as he doesn’t have to give the World No.1 an almighty head start.

McIlroy has won this tournament twice already and he loves this course. He’s been driving the ball really well and he can end the PGA Tour season on a high. This is his playground and he’ll go really well. Four round in the 60s and he’ll be right there.

European Masters – 7 places

Adri Arnaus is my first selection. He missed the playoff two years ago by a single shot. He’s a big hitter but his short game and his putting has improved dramatically. He’s gone off the boil in his last couple of starts but his long game is exactly where he wants it to be.

I also like Andy Sullivan. He’s got two top ten finishes in his last three starts so he arrives in form. He’s won on the Tour and every aspect of his game has improved. At his best, he’s one of the star names on show.

I’ve also got a couple of outsider picks in Guido Migliozzi and Lee Slattery.

Slattery is playing really well at the moment and he’s hitting a lot of greens. He’s got a good record here and he finished 13th here last season. He shot 62 here once and he’s coming to the boil.

Migliozzi is a streaky player but he’s got a fabulous touch around the greens. He’s capable and he’s a two-time Tour winner. His game is turning around and he’s had three top 20 finishes recently. He’ll go really well.
