Sometimes it’s better to be lucky than good, and that was certainly the case for Jerry Kelly at the Mitsubishi Electric Championship in Hawaii. During his final round, on the 7th hole par 5, he fanned his second shot wildly right of target landing in the lava rocks (yes, F*CKING LAVA!).
Four bounces later his ball trickles onto the green leaving him with a lengthy putt for eagle, which of course he easily sinks. Check this out:

He didn’t go and win the tournament but he did finish tied for third. And he was in good form all week Jerry, channeling his inner Aaron Rodgers – in front of Aaron Rodgers – after he made birdie during the second round.
