In case you’ve been living under a rock this year, let us remind you that Patrick Reed won his first Major of the year at The Masters in April.
Strangely, the biggest moment of the American’s career wasn’t well received by the golfing public as accusations of past cheating, stealing and general arrogance coloured their opinion of his victory.
Reed’s latest incident won’t help his popularity either, as he clashed with TV crew at the Porsche European Open in Hamburg, Germany. As Reed lined up a chip to the 10th hole, his caddie can be seen frantically gesturing at his pocket at the TV crew.
The caddie can then be heard accusing the equipment guy of “rattling change in his pocket”, before Reed seems to get an apology from the crew. However, that wasn’t good enough for the Texan as he then tells the camera crew they’ve “lost privileges” and demanded they leave the area saying “I’m not hitting until you all get the heck out of here”.
