Clare are the favourites but it’s more to do with where Donegal are at. Clare are a tough nut to crack at home and I can see them taking advantage. I’m reasonably worried for Donegal so I’m with Clare to Win. They can get a foothold in this group and look to reach the quarter-finals.
This is going to be intriguing and I’m expecting a top game. It could be another Kerry v Mayo classic.
Kerry will be hoping that home advantage gives them an edge and while I expect them to win, it will be tight. With that in mind, I’m with Mayo +3 on the Handicap.
There isn’t much between these sides and while I’m a little concerned about Mayo not playing for a while, Kerry’s two games have pretty much been walkovers so they haven’t been too busy.
I’m also on Tony Brosnan to be the First Goalscorer. The Kerry man has hit the net a couple of times already this season and he’ll fancy his chances of scoring once again.
Galway have been one of the form teams this season and I probably expected more from Tyrone. Galway have been brilliant at home and they’ve got real strength in depth. Galway to Win makes sense and even at their short price, it might be value.
