There’s no way Dublin would be this big a price if the game was on their home patch in Parnell Park. I was at the Tipperary v Kilkenny game and I wasn’t blown away by them. They still look to be on a leaning curve under Colm Bonnar.
I was impressed though with Dublin against Waterford when they put up a good battling performance to get a draw before winning against Antrim in Belfast, which is not an easy place to get a result and they’ve also had Walsh Cup success.
There’s value in their price and I think Dublin can beat Tipperary. The handicap betting is also set at +2 and Dublin can certainly cover that.
Ronan Hayes hasn’t caught fire in the tournament just yet but is due a goal and I’d fancy him to be the first goalscorer or an anytime goalscorer.
