Newcastle v Arsenal

Everyone thinks City will win the league now and I think this game could really put the seal on that.
Newcastle are so strong at home, it’s a very big ask for Arsenal to go and win there.
The two strikers they’ve got, Callum Wilson and Alexander Isak, they’ve got a little battle going for goals. Wilson got a couple the other day, and Isak looks like a real player. Either could score on Sunday, I’ll go for the latter here.
They’ve also been very solid defensively in general. It’s almost gone under the radar how well they’ve done this season to be where they are.
To get in the Champions League so early after the new owners came in – and the manner in which they’ve done it as well, they haven’t just gone for the highest paid players and superstars who are probably coming for the money. They’ve gone for players who are hungry, who want to get better and who know the league in general.
Top 4 looks secured and credit goes to Eddie Howe and his players.
But Arsenal are still a class team who have a had a great season. You don’t want to see your season peter out now as they’ve been a big success story this year and you don’t want it ending on a downer when it really should celebrated.
They won against Chelsea during the week. I know they have plenty of issues but it’s still a big win in a London derby and can’t be taken for granted.
It’s still a difficult game to call here and Newcastle might shade iit in the end, but it should eb close and I can see both teams getting goals for sure.
Martin Odegaard got two the other night and has been great for them all season in their brilliant run.
He’s a threat creating and scoring himself and I can see him posing problems for the Newcastle defence.
Newcastle have got a bit of a reputation for sh*thousing over the season too.
I’m not sure if Kieran Trippier brought back a few tricks from Atletico Madrid but I could see him being in the thick of it here and might come to the ref’s attention.
