If we’ve learned anything at this tournament, it’s this man’s name. He’s had five shots on target in two games and secured himself three goals to boot! I’d back him to have at least one shot on target against this sturdy England defence.

There’s been on average just under 8 corners per game in England and the Czech Republic’s group games so far in the tournament. However, England will be looking to usher the Czechs wide to mitigate the Schick effect, and with Harry Kane currently modelling for missing person posters England will attack from wide too.

This is going to be a physical game, with both sides doing absolutely everything in their power not to win and face the group of death runner up in the next round. Czechia picked themselves up 3 yellow cards against Croatia, meanwhile England have earned only one in the tournament thus far. I still can see Tyrone Mings absolutely bodying a man around the halfway line though, even if Southgate has been using him to keep Pickford company as far away from the ball as possible.
