Football Accumulator Tips: Our 19/1 punt for Saturday’s 3pm Premier League kick offs

Our tipster Sam Farley is all over the 3pm games in the Premier League.

After a dramatic midweek of European action, the Premier League is back on the table this weekend.

We have four fixtures set for the traditional 3pm slot: Everton host West Ham, Ipswich entertain Nottingham Forest, Manchester City are at home to Brighton, and Southampton face Wolves.

Paddy Power tipster Sam Farley has sized up four value picks here, so let’s get right into it.

Premier League Acca tips

Everton v West Ham – Everton to win
Ipswich v Nottingham Forest – Over 1.5 Nottingham Forest goals
Man City v Brighton – Erling Haaland to score
Southampton v Wolves – Wolves to win and Over 2.5 goals

Everton v West Ham – Everton to win

Goodison Park plays host to the David Moyes derby this Saturday and it’s a game that the manager will be absolutely desperate to win.

West Ham have fallen off since he left them, while he’s shown his ability in the incredible resurgence that Everton have seen since he returned to Merseyside.

He’s been in charge of nine Premier League games at the Toffees and they’ve been beaten just once, in his first game against Aston Villa. Winning four and drawing four of the remaining eight.

West Ham have found a bit of form under Graham Potter, with two wins in their last three.

However, away from home, they’ve just one win in five, and that came against Arsenal, who were down to 10 men.

Goodison Park is really turning into a fortress in its final few months, and with Moyes’ tactical nous and knowledge of the West Ham squad, he should be able to navigate three points for the home side.

Ipswich v Nottingham Forest – Over 1.5 Nottingham Forest goals

Ipswich welcome Nottingham Forest to Portman Road, with both teams battling at other ends of the Premier League table. As expected, Ipswich are deep in a relegation battle.

They’re six points away from safety and simply need to start winning games if they’re going to have any chance of staying up. They can’t afford to be drawing games at home anymore. They have to go and do everything possible to score and get three points, which should bode well for Forest.

Ipswich have given up 30 goals in 14 home games this season, an average of just over two conceded per game.

While Forest have really opened up on the road over the past couple of months and have now scored Over 1.5 away goals in five of their past seven away from the City Ground.

Man City v Brighton – Erling Haaland to score

Brighton come into this game in great form with four wins on the spin but Man City, despite pretty poor form, will cause a considerable challenge.

City didn’t score in their last home league game against Liverpool, but prior to that they’d scored 11 in their previous three.

This team has historically been very strong at home, and it’s somewhere that Erling Haaland comes alive.

The Norwegian hasn’t had his best season, but he still racked up 28 goals in all competitions and still remains second to Mohamed Salah in the Premier League’s goalscoring charts this season with 20.

Despite their run of form, this is a Brighton team who have given up a lot of away goals.

Only five other teams in the league give up more goals on the road, so we should see Man City getting on the scoresheet multiple times, of which Haaland is more than likely to be one.

He scored when these teams met in November and has now scored four goals in four appearances against Brighton since arriving in Manchester.

Southampton v Wolves – Wolves to win and Over 2.5 goals

Down on the South Coast we’re seeing a real six-pointer, a relegation dogfight that could either give Southampton faint hope of a miracle, or push Wolves even further clear.

Wolves are rightful favourites and they should win here, with Over 2.5 goals also likely. Firstly, let’s look at the result itself. Wolves should win here, they’ve got over double the amount of points of Southampton, who have won just twice all season.

The biggest concern is that they’ve given up 68 goals, the most in the league and Wolves, despite their league position, haven’t been shy in front of goal, and have scored more than the likes of West Ham, Crystal Palace or Manchester United.

Wolves have seen Over 2.5 goals in 20 of their 28 Premier League games this season, which is more than any other team in the league. With Southampton conceding in 11 straight games and giving up 14 goals in their past four games, we should see another high scoring game.

They haven’t been good at home either, with every visiting team in 2025 scoring at least three goals at St Mary’s Stadium. We should see Wolves take the three points with plenty of goals on display.
