Liverpool are 11 points clear at the top of the Premier League table, and if we are being honest, nobody saw that coming when Arne Slot took over last summer.
People were expecting a wobble after Jurgen Klopp, but it’s not happened. As for Mo Salah, I can’t say anything more about him, and I do think that now he stands with the Premier League greats like Thierry Henry and Alan Shearer.
He stands shoulder to shoulder with all of those great players and he is an absolute credit to Liverpool and everything he’s done there.
I watched Liverpool against Man City at the weekend, and again, the way they can just carve teams open in and around their box is special – they just have another gear this season.
So, I’m going for a Liverpool win on Wednesday.
With the form that he’s on, I would go for Salah to score or assist and I fancy Liverpool to keep a clean sheet.
