Tuesday, 7:30pm, Brighton v Bournemouth – Brighton to win
Brighton & Hove Albion are heading into this game, with some excellent form behind them, with the Seagulls having picked up three consecutive wins in all competitions. The home side had recorded two straight victories against Chelsea (2-1) in the FA Cup and once again against the Blues (3-0) in the Premier League. The Seagulls most recent game saw them secure a 3-0 win against Southampton.
Bournemouth have lost twice in their last four games in all competitions, suffering defeats against Wolves (0-1) and Liverpool (0-2). The Cherries have a terrible record away at Brighton & Hove Albion, having lost their last three league meetings on their travels to Brighton.
Tuesday, 7:30pm, Wolves v Fulham – Fulham to win
Wolves home record in the Premier League is less than desirable, with the home side having lost four of their previous six matches at Molineux. Wolves have also lost three of their previous five league matches coming into this game, with defeats against Liverpool (2-1), Arsenal (0-1) and Chelsea (3-1).
Fulham have been impressive away from home in recent weeks, with Marco Silva’s side only losing once in their last five away matches in the Premier League. The visitors have won their last two away games against Newcastle United (1-2) and Leicester City (0-2).
Tuesday, 7:45pm, Birmingham City v Leyton Orient – Birmingham to win
League leaders Birmingham City, head into this game as favourites, as the Blues remain the only side unbeaten at home in the league campaign. Birmingham City have won 12 of their 15 games at St.Andrews and are unbeaten in their last four matches in all competitions – following two consecutive league wins against Charlton Athletic (1-0) and Cambridge United (4-0). They have also drawn against Reading (0-0).
Leyton Orient were beaten in the reverse fixture by Birmingham City (1-2) and come into this game following their defeat against Bolton Wanderers (2-1). The home side are also without a clean sheet in their last three matches and have lost three of their previous six matches in all competitions.
Tuesday, 8:15pm, Chelsea v Southampton – Chelsea to win
Despite their recent form slowly tailing off, Chelsea’s home record should give them enough to overcome a Southampton side struggling for a win. The Blues are unbeaten in their last four home games in all competitions, with two consecutive wins at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League against West Ham United (2-1) and Wolves (3-1).
Southampton are winless in their last three matches and are without a clean sheet in their previous seven games in all competitions. The Saint’s recent away win against Ipswich Town was their only away win this season, and they have suffered three defeats in their last five on their travels. Southampton were heavily beaten in the reverse fixture, 5-1.

Wednesday, 7:30pm, Brentford v Everton – Everton to win
Brentford are without a win against Everton in the last five meetings between the two teams, with the Toffees scoring first in six of the last seven matches between the two sides. Brentford’s home form has taken a slight hit in recent weeks, with the Bees suffering four defeats in their last five on home soil – with defeats to Tottenham Hotspur (0-2) and Liverpool (0-2) in their last two home games.
Everton’s form under the returning David Moyes is what was required for the Toffees, as the visitors are unbeaten in their last three matches. Everton come into this game, having drawn 2-2 with Manchester United and having won their last two away Premier League games against Crystal Palace (1-2) and Brighton & Hove Albion.
Wednesday, 7:30pm, Manchester United v Ipswich Town – Manchester United to win
Manchester United have rather respectable form despite what their performances may suggest, with the Red Devils having won six of their last 10 games in all competitions. Although the home side have only won twice in the Premier League against Southampton (3-1) and Fulham (0-1). Ruben Amorim’s side have picked up notable victories elsewhere, with wins against Arsenal (FA Cup), FCSB (0-2) and Rangers (2-1).
Ipswich Town are on a terrible run of form, with no wins in the Premier League in their last seven league matches, which includes five defeats and two draws. The Tractor Boys have suffered heavy defeats to Liverpool (4-1), Manchester City (0-6) and Tottenham Hotspur (1-4).
Wednesday, 8:15pm, Liverpool v Newcastle – Liverpool to win
Liverpool have an excellent record in this fixture, with no losses from the last 16 meetings between the two teams. The Reds have only lost once at home all season and are unbeaten in their previous four matches, following a potentially season-defining victory away last year’s champions, Manchester City (0-2). Liverpool have won three of their previous five Premier League games at Anfield.
Newcastle United’s recent win against Nottingham Forest (4-3) ended a run of two games without a win in the Premier League for the Magpies. Newcastle United have lost three of their previous five league matches, with defeats against Manchester City (4-0), Fulham (1-2) and Bournemouth (1-4).
Thursday, 8pm, West Ham v Leicester City – West Ham to win
West Ham United come into this game on better form than their opponents, Leicester City, with Graham Potter’s side expected to be comfortable favourites. The Hammers will be brimming with confidence following their 1-0 win away at Arsenal and had also secured a 1-1 draw against Aston Villa in recent weeks.
Leicester City are in terrible form, with the Foxes winless in their last four matches in all competitions and without a clean sheet in their last 22 games. In the Premier League, Leicester City have suffered three consecutive defeats against Brentford (0-4), Arsenal (0-2) and Everton (4-0).
