3pm: Plymouth v Liverpool
TV: ITV1
Liverpool absolutely brushed aside Tottenham in midweek. The shout from the guys in the studio was that Accrington Stanley put up more of a fight at Anfield than Spurs did.
I think that result paints a picture of just how good Liverpool are right now. They are absolutely sensational, but a trip to Plymouth Argyle is a different proposition.
They are bottom of the EFL Championship right now, they beat West Brom last weekend, but they have also not kept a clean sheet in their last five matches – and they’ve only had two shutouts all season.
I think they will score at home, based on the fact Liverpool will change it up in terms of their team with the derby coming up, so I will go for Liverpool to win and both teams to score.
Looking at what I expect the team sheet to be, if Harvey Elliott starts, I’d back him to score.
The Plymouth goalkeeper Connor Hazard is one of the busiest in the country, he averages 4.3 shots faced per 90 minutes this season, so I will add him on to make three or more saves in the game.

5:35pm: Aston Villa v Spurs
TV: BBC1
It was absolutely miserable from Spurs at Liverpool in the Carabao Cup on Thursday night. They look like a team that has run out of ideas, and perhaps more importantly, they look like they’ve downed tools.
I can’t put my finger on it, it was something about the pressing and the body language, I do feel for Ange Postecoglou because he’s looking over his shoulder now.
I think Villa will win this game, and win big, unfortunately for Tottenham fans. I’m going for Villa (-1), plus a goal for Ollie Watkins, if he’s passed fit to play.
I just can’t see Spurs winning this game and I will bump up the Bet Builder with Morgan Rogers to have 2+ shots on target as well.
