Manchester United fans will be keeping an eye on this one as a de facto derby as Salford head across the city to face the might of Pep Guardiola and his gang.

I remember the early days of the Salford City project under the Man United Class of ’92, my mate Danny Webber scored for them in an FA Cup game in 2015, and that was back when they were still a non-league club.
Their ambition was to build the club, and that’s what they have, of course they have spent lots of money – but it’s a job well done. They taken themselves into the league pyramid and that was the ambition.
There will be a bit of spice to this game, with the United connection, but I’m backing City and they could win this by four or more goals.
I’m also going with a Jack Grealish goal, I think Pep Guardiola digging him out about his fitness might get a reaction. I expect him to start, and he will want to get amongst the goals, and that will boost the price up a little.
