2:30pm Mainz v Bochum – Mainz to win
Mainz 05 are in excellent form coming into this game, with the hosts having won five of their previous six league games before the Christmas break. The home side have won their last three consecutive home games against Bayern Munich (2-0), Hoffenheim (2-0) and Borussia Dortmund (3-1). Mainz are unbeaten in the last four meetings between the two teams, with Bochum failing to keep a clean sheet in the previous six against the home side.

FC. St.Pauli have lost three of their previous five league games, including 2-0 defeats against Borussia Mönchengladbach and Werder Bremen and a 2-1 defeat against Bayer Leverkusen. The hosts have only won once all season on home soil and have only gained five points from a possible 21 available at home this season.
Eintracht Frankfurt are winless in their previous three league games but have only lost twice in their last seven league games, once looking at the bigger picture. Frankfurt have recorded impressive away victories this season against the likes of VfB Stuttgart (2-3) and Heidenheim (0-4). The visitors have gained 13 points from 24 on offer away from home this season.
3pm Sunderland v Stoke – Sunderland to win
Sunderland have a tremendous home record this season, as the Black Cats have remained unbeaten in 13 league games at the Stadium of Light. The hosts come into this fixture having won their last three consecutive games on home soil against the likes of Portsmouth (1-0), Sheffield United (2-1), and Norwich City (2-1).

West Bromwich Albion have been poor away from home recently, with the Baggies winless in their previous six on their travels. The visitors have drawn four of their last six away games but have suffered two consecutive defeats against Derby County (2-1) and Watford (2-1).
3:15pm Valladolid v Betis – Betis to win
Real Valladolid are bottom of the league, having only gained 12 points from a possible 54 available this season. The hosts have only won twice at home this season and have suffered defeats on home soil against the likes of Real Mallorca (1-2), Villarreal (1-2), and a heavy 5-0 defeat to title-chasing Atletico Madrid. The home side are coming into this game with four defeats in their previous five league outings.
Real Betis come into this game unbeaten in their last seven games in all competitions and the visitors are also unbeaten in the previous five meetings between the two teams. The visitors have been impressive on their travels, with four consecutive victories on the road, which includes a 2-1 win against Villarreal.
5pm Torino v Juventus – Juventus to win
Torino are winless in their previous three domestic games heading into this game, and the hosts have only won twice at home this season from nine games played. 8pm Sevilla v Valencia – Sevilla to win
Sevilla are unbeaten in their previous three home league games, with two victories against Celta Vigo (1-0) and Rayo Vallecano (1-0).
