The FA Cup 3rd round kicks off this weekend, and we’ve got Aston Villa taking on West Ham in the televised game on Friday night.
Unai Emery’s Villa have now gone seven games without a loss at Villa Park in all competitions, while West Ham have been on the wrong end of two thrashings from Liverpool and Man City of late.
PP ambassador and ex-Hammer Joe Cole joined us earlier this week to give us his thoughts on what’s going to go down in Birmingham on Friday night. Let’s get his Aston Villa v West Ham betting tips.

I felt West Ham were a bit unlucky last weekend at Man City, they had chances to go 1-0 or 2-0 up in the game, but they didn’t take them.
We also know there is the situation of the manager just hanging in there, with reports of Graham Potter coming in, so I’m going to go for Villa to win.
I do think the Champions League has affected them, as they are not quite in the same rhythm as last year, but I fancy them to progress to the next round and I’m also going for both teams to score.
If he’s fit and ready to start, I’m going for Ollie Watkins to score, he needs to get back amongst the goals.
