Arsenal v Everton: Arsenal to win
Arsenal have been magnificent at the Emirates this season, as the Gunners are unbeaten in all competitions on home soil and have won their last three at home against Nottingham Forest (3-0), Manchester United (2-0) and AS Monaco (3-0). The hosts are also unbeaten in their last five league games, with three wins and two draws – two of the three wins came at home.
Everton have an unfortunate record away at the Emirates, losing the previous three (5-1, 4-0 & 2-1). The Toffees have only won once away from home in their last five, a 2-0 win against relegation-threatened Ipswich.
Birmingham v Bristol Rovers: Birmingham to win
Birmingham City have won their last five in the league, after remaining winless in their previous two. The Blues are unbeaten at home this season, with six wins and two draws from eight at St Andrew’s, with wins over the likes of Peterborough United (3-2), Wrexham (3-1) and Stockport County (2-0).
Bristol Rovers are winless in their previous three, without scoring, following their 3-0 defeat to Leyton Orient.
Blackburn v Luton: Blackburn to win
Blackburn Rovers have been excellent in recent weeks, recording five consecutive wins in the league – four of which by a 1-0 scoreline against Middlesbrough, Hull City, Sheffield Wednesday and Leeds United.
Luton Town are without a clean sheet in their previous four and are chasing their first away win in six in the league. The visitors have only won once away from home this season, and that was in September in a 1-0 win over Millwall.
Liverpool v Fulham: Liverpool to win
Liverpool are unbeaten in their previous 18 in all competitions, having only lost once in the Premier League all season. Arne Slot’s side have won six of their seven league games at Anfield, scoring 13 and only conceding three.
Defensively, they’ve been superb also, with the hosts keeping seven clean sheets in 14 games whilst also conceding 11 in total in the league standings. Since the defeat to Nottingham Forest, Liverpool have won their last nine in all competitions at Anfield over the likes of Manchester City (2-0), Real Madrid (2-0) and Chelsea (2-1).
Middlesbrough v Millwall: Middlesbrough to win
Play-off chasing Middlesbrough have won three of their previous five games at the Riverside, over the likes of Hull City (3-1), Luton Town (5-1) and Sheffield United (1-0). Milwall are winless in their previous five in the Championship, with consecutive 1-0 defeats against Coventry City and Sheffield United.
The visitors are also winless in their last two away games, recording consecutive 1-1 draws against Oxford United and Stoke City.
Oxford v Sheffield Wednesday: Sheff Weds to win
Oxford United are without a win in their previous five, following their 2-0 defeat away to Queens Park Rangers in midweek. The hosts are also without a clean sheet in five, having conceded first in four of those five games.
Sheffield Wednesday have only lost once in their last five, with two wins over Derby County (1-2) and Hull City (0-2) on their travels. The Owls have won four of their last five away from home in the Championship.
Reading v Blackpool: Reading to win
Reading are unbeaten in eight games in all competitions, following their impressive 1-1 draw away at league leaders Wycombe. The Royals are also unbeaten in their last five home league games with impressive victories over the likes of Huddersfield Town (2-1), Crawley Town (4-1) and Cambridge United (3-0).
As for Blackpool, they have only twice in their previous five away from home with defeats to Bolton Wanderers (2-1) and Leyton Orient (3-0).
Sheffield United v Plymouth: Sheffield United to win
The table-topping Blades are unbeaten at home this season, with eight wins from nine and they come into this game following a 1-0 win over Millwall in midweek. The hosts are unbeaten in nine, facing a Plymouth Argyle side who have lost their previous three and are winless in five. Sheffield United have won the last four meetings and are unbeaten in six against Plymouth Argyle.
Shrewsbury v Wycombe: Wycombe to win
Shrewsbury Town have struggled at home this season with two wins, one draw and six losses from nine league games on home soil. The hosts have one win in five at home, following their 2-1 defeat last time out to Blackpool.
Since the defeat to Birmingham City in August, Wycombe have gone on a run of 16 games in the league without defeat, winning 12 and drawing four. The visitors have won four of their previous five on their travels with wins over Burton Albion, Wigan Athletic, Stockport County and Lincoln City.
Wrexham v Cambridge: Wrexham to win
Wrexham are on an impressive run of five consecutive victories and they have not conceded during that run. Wrexham are coming into this game, following a 1-0 league win away at Burton Albion and a 1-0 EFL Trophy win over Crewe.
The hosts have yet to concede in their last seven home games in all competitions. Cambridge United have only won once in their previous five and have suffered heavy defeats on the road – most notably a 6-1 defeat to local rivals Peterborough United.
