I watched Leicester play against Chelsea a couple of weeks ago and I was surprised they sacked Steve Cooper. I thought that was a strange decision.
Ruud van Nistelrooy has a really difficult job on his hands. A lot of the squad are ageing and the only aim will be to finish above the bottom three.
West Ham would have been expecting more at the start of the season, but I had a few doubts. They played the same way under David Moyes for many years and flipped that strategy under Julen Lopetegui. It takes time to make these changes.
I can see a West Ham win as they’ve got more star quality. Jarrod Bowen and Lucas Paqueta have that X-factor and they can hurt teams. Once their main players start firing, they’ll climb up the table.
Leicester are in for a long season and Van Nistelrooy is unproven in the Premier League. I wish him well though as he was a top player.
I’m fancying a 2-1 away win so I’ll add in Both teams to score. These sides have shipped a few goals recently and that should continue.
