19:45 – Roma v Atalanta – Atalanta to win and over 2.5 goals
WHEN: Monday, December 2nd
WHERE: Stadio Olimpico, Rome
TV: TNT Sports 1
Dilly ding dilly dong, Roma and Claudio Ranieri have reunited for one final dance as the former Leicester boss came out of retirement to take one final stab at management at his boyhood club.
The reunification began well enough; despite a 1-0 defeat away at Napoli, Roma secured a 2-2 draw with Tottenham in the Europa League on Thursday. But, they face another tough test on Monday as Atalanta come to Rome.
Everything the Europa League Champions touch is turning to gold this season. They boast a seven-game winning streak in all competitions and have scored 24 goals.
More of the same could be expected at the Stadio Olimpico, making Atalanta to win and Over 2.5 goals being the bet to back here.
20:00 – Sevilla v Osasuna – Under 2.5 goals
WHEN: Monday, December 2nd
WHERE: Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium, Seville
TV: DAZN 1
Goals have not been a regular feature in Sevilla’s games this season as they struggle to feature in La Liga. Garcia Pimienta’s side has averaged a lowly one goal per game this season as they loiter in 12th.
Visitors Osasuna hold a slightly better record with an average of 1.4 goals per game and a spot in 7th, one point off of Athletic Bilbao in the European qualification spots.
The two sides played out an uneventful 1-1 draw last season, and their most recent form has shown difficulty, with both winning one of their last three.
An uneventful affair looks set for this one, and backing Under 2.5 goals looks like the correct play.
20:45 – Porto v Casa Pia – Porto to win to nil and Samu Omodorion to score
WHEN: Monday, December 2nd
WHERE: Estádio do Dragão, Porto
TV: TrillerTV+
Porto to win to nil
Porto have struggled with results recently, losing 4-1 to rivals Benfica before the break, returning to an upset 2-1 elimination in the Taça de Portugal by Morieniense, and then a 2-2 draw against Anderlecht in the Europa League on Thursday.
The visit of Casa Pia might provide the perfect tonic. They are unbeaten against them in seven matches, winning six, drawing one, and have won the last three meetings.
Vitor Bruno’s side are unbeaten at home since April while Casa Pia are the lowest scorers in the league with nine. A return to winning ways without reply could be the play here.
Samu Omorodion to score
Atletico Madrid loanee Samu Omorodion is experiencing a brief goal drought by the standards he’s set this season. He got the loan goal against Benfica in early November but has blanked in the two meetings since.
This fixture could provide the chance to get back on track. For both Samu and Porto.
