Football Accumulator Tips: Tuesday night’s 16/1 Champions League Punt

We've got five value picks from a lovely-looking Acca.

Tuesday night’s Champions League fixtures are serving up some tasty match-ups. Football tipster, Paddy Murphy, has dived into the stats and form for the best of the fixtures and has dug up five value picks for us.

With this being a five-fold Acca, too, Paddy’s footy acca betting offer kicks in, so we’ll get our stake back if just one leg lets us down. And, one of the picks is covered by Paddy’s Super Sub offer, meaning if the player is replaced the pick carries over to the substitute.

Tuesday’s Footy Acca tips

*All games kickoff at 8pm

Bayer Leverkusen v RB Salzburg – Both teams to score, yes
Bayern Munich v PSG – Harry Kane to score
Inter v RB Leipzig – Over 2.5 goals
Sporting v Arsenal – Sporting Over 1.5 goals
Young Boys v Atalanta – Atalanta to win & Over 1.5 goals

Bayer Leverkusen v RB Salzburg – Both teams to score, yes

Champions League match at the BayArena, Leverkusen
TV: TNT Sports, 8pm

Leverkusen’s title defence isn’t exactly going according to plan in Germany, as they’ve been drawing a few too many games. However, it must be noted that they’ve only lost two of their 18 games in all competitions this season.

They’ve taken seven points from a possible 12 in the Champions League so far, beating Feyenoord and AC Milan, drawing with Brest before a 4-0 stuffing away to Liverpool. On home soil, they’ve won three and drawn two over their last five, scoring 12 and conceding five, so they should certainly be scoring here.

Salzburg have won three, drawn one and lost two over their last five and have the same results over their last five on the road, scoring seven while conceding eight.

The Austrian side has played away to German opposition six times since being rebranded and has won just two, lost the other four, but scored in all but one of those games. With the hosts conceding in five of their last eight at home, the away side should also be getting at least a goal.

3/4
Yes Both Teams To Score

Bayern Munich v PSG – Harry Kane to score

Champions League match at the Allianz Arena, Munich
TV: TNT Sports, 8pm

Harry Kane bagged his eighth hat-trick since leaving Spurs for Bayern Munich in their 3-0 win over Augsburg on Friday night. He’s scored an outstanding 14 goals in 11 Bundesliga games this season, one in the cup, and five Champions League goals in four appearances.

PSG are running away with the league in France but are in danger of not making it into the next round of the Champions League.

Indeed, they’ve won just one of their four games so far, drawing one and losing two. Of their seven away games this season, they’ve conceded in all but one, so there’s little doubt that Bayern will score, and with Kane in such ripe form, we’re getting some very decent odds for him to rattle the net.

4/5
Harry Kane Anytime Goalscorer

Inter v RB Leipzig – Over 2.5 goals

Champions League match at the San Siro, Milan
TV: TNT Sports, 8pm

Things are very tight at the top of the Serie A table where just a point separates Napoli in top spot and fifth-placed Lazio. Inter are in third place. The hosts are unbeaten over their last 11 games in all competitions, winning nine and drawing two.

On home soil, they’ve won four of their last six, drawing the other two, scoring 14 goals while conceding seven.

RB Leipzig have been struggling recently. They’ve won just one of their last five matches, drawn one, and lost three. On the road, they’ve won two and lost three, but it’s not all bad news. They scored eight goals over those five games, although they conceded nine.

With these goal stats, we just have to go with Over 2.5 goals here.

1/2
Over 2.5 Goals Over/Under 2.5 Goals

Sporting v Arsenal – Sporting Over 1.5 goals

Champions League match at the Estádio José Alvalade, Lisbon
TV: TNT Sports, 8pm

Arsenal face a tough test here. Their hosts are in incredibly strong form. They’ve played 19 games this season, and the only one they’ve lost was the season-opening Super Cup game, thanks to an Extra-Tie goal from Porto’s Ivan Jaime.

They’ve won 17 of their other 18 games. Of their nine home games, they’ve won all nine and scored at least two goals in every single one of them.

Arsenal have won two, drawn one, and lost two of their last five fixtures. However, on the road, things haven’t been going too well. They’ve won just one of their last five, drawn one, and lost three. Most worrying of all, they scored just four goals, three of which were against Preston in the League Cup.

Sporting could surprise a few here, Arsenal are favourites and with their record in front of goal, we’re very much liking the price for the hosts to score at least two goals.

7/5
Over Home Team Over/Under 1.5

Young Boys v Atalanta – Atalanta to win & Over 1.5 goals

Champions League match at the Stadion Wankdorf, Bern
TV: TNT Sports, 8pm

Young Boys began their season terribly and were stuck in the relegation zone for a while. Things have improved of late, however. They’ve won two, drawn two, and lost one recently. On home soil, they’ve won three and lost two, scoring seven and conceding six.

Atalanta are in mighty form. Gian Piero Gasperini’s side have now gone 11 games without a loss, winning nine and drawing two over that run. Over their last six away games, they’ve won five and drawn one, scoring 14 goals, while conceding just two.

We’re likely looking at a 0-2, 1-2 win for the Italians here.

4/7
Atalanta And Over 1.5 WDW & O/U 1.5 Goals

Tuesday’s Champions League betting tips
