Turkey v Wales – Turkey to win

The first game on this ten-fold Mega Acca is from League B Group 4, Turkey v Wales. Turkey will know that avoiding defeat here is a must if they want to remain in pole position to win the group on matchday six.

The home side drew 0-0 in Wales on matchday one, and since then, have beaten Iceland via 3-1 and 4-2 scorelines, as well as Montenegro 1-0. Following their stalemate with Turkey, Wales have earned 2-1 and 1-0 victories over Montenegro on either side of a potentially damaging 2-2 away draw in Iceland.

Albania v Czechia – Czechia to win

Czechia, at the top of League B Group 1, travel to Albania to consolidate their position before the final round of fixtures. Albania have managed two wins and two losses in this season’s Nations League, following 2-1 and 1-0 victories over Ukraine and Georgia on either side of 1-0 and 2-0 defeats to Georgia and Czechia.

The Czech Republic have accumulated seven points since their heavy 4-1 loss at Georgia on matchday one. They managed back-to-back victories over Ukraine (3-2) and Albania (2-0) before being held to a 1-1 draw in Ukraine.

Germany v Bosnia – Germany to win

Germany v Bosnia is expected to be a League A Group 3 mismatch. Julian Nagelsmann’s side will know that a win will see them qualify for the Nations League finals.

They have previously beaten Hungary 5-0 and Bosnia 2-1 while drawing 2-2 away at the Netherlands before their vital 1-0 home win over the Dutch, in which Stuttgart forward Jamie Leweling scored the game’s only goal.

Bosnia will need a win here to avoid relegation. The visitors have suffered 5-2, 2-1, and 2-0 defeats to the Netherlands, Germany, and Hungary. Their only point of the 2024/25 Nations League campaign came via a 0-0 stalemate in Hungary.

Netherlands v Hungary – Netherlands to win

The Netherlands enter their fixture with Hungary desperate for all three points if they are to stand any chance of pipping Germany to the top spot of League A Group 3. Ronald Koeman’s men enter this game without a win in their last three matches since thrashing Bosnia 5-2 on matchday one.

Since then, the Netherlands have drawn 2-2 and 1-1 with Germany and Hungary before suffering a narrow 1-0 defeat to Die Mannschaft last time.

Hungary earned their first win in this season’s Nations League as they beat Bosnia 2-0 away from home on 14th October, thanks to a brace from Liverpool’s Dominik Szoboszlai.

In the run-up to that game, the Magyars had drawn 1-1 and 0-0 with the Netherlands and Bosnia after a heavy 5-0 loss to Germany.

Sweden v Slovakia – Sweden to win

A top-of-the-table clash occurs in League C Group 1 as Sweden goes up against Slovakia.

Jon Dahl Tomasson’s men were held to a 2-2 draw in Slovakia, but they have managed consecutive 3-0 wins over Estonia and beat Azerbaijan 3-1.

Slovakia are also on 10 points from four matches, having earned wins over Estonia (1-0) and Azerbaijan (2-0 and 3-1) on either side of their 2-2 draw with the Swedes.

North Macedonia v Faroe Islands – North Macedonia to win

League C Group 4 winners, North Macedonia, take on the Faroe Islands. North Macedonia have won four and drawn one of their five matches in this season’s Nations League, beating Latvia via 1-0 and 3-0 scorelines while also earning consecutive 2-0 wins over Armenia.

The home side’s only draw came away at the Faroe Islands on matchday one (1-1). The Faroe Islands have suffered just one defeat in five matches, doing so to Latvia (1-0) on 10th September after their 1-1 draw with North Macedonia.

Since then, the visitors have managed further draws with Armenia (2-2) and Latvia (1-1) before a 1-0 win at Armenia.

Austria v Slovenia – Austria to win

Austria faces Slovenia, with Ralf Rangnick’s men aiming to win League B Group 3. Das Team have managed three wins since drawing 1-1 with Slovenia and losing 2-1 to Norway, beating Kazakhstan 4-0, Norway 5-1, and Kazakhstan again 2-0.

Following Slovenia’s 1-1 draw with Austria on matchday one, they have earned 3-0 and 1-0 victories over Kazakhstan on either side of a 3-0 defeat to Norway.

In their last outing, Slovenia suffered another heavy loss at the hands of Norway (4-1) to end their chances of winning the group.

Finland v Greece – Greece to win

Greece makes the trip to Finland knowing that they must win and hope that England drop points to the Republic of Ireland if they are to finish as winners of League B Group 2.

Finland are yet to score a single point in the Nations League, losing to the Republic of Ireland (1-0 and 2-1), plus 3-1 and 2-0 losses against England following their heavy 3-0 away defeat in Greece on matchday one.

Greece suffered a damaging 3-0 home loss to England last time out after previously earning two impressive two 2-0 wins over the Republic of Ireland on either side of a shock 2-1 victory against the Three Lions at Wembley Stadium thanks to a Vangelis Pavlidis brace.

As mentioned, Ivan Jovanovic’s side thrashed Finland 3-0 in their Nations League opener.

Italy v France – Italy to win

Italy hosts France in League A Group 2 in what is a must-win game for Les Bleus.

Luciano Spalletti’s side are in control of this group. They’ve accumulated 13 points from five matches, beating France 3-1 on matchday one, Israel via 2-1 and 4-1 scorelines, and Belgium 1-0 last time out.

The only blot on the Azzurri’s copybook is their 2-2 home draw with Belgium on 10th October.

France were held to a dismal 0-0 home draw by Israel last time after beating Belgium 2-1 and 2-0 on either side of a 4-1 away win over Thursday night’s opponents (Israel). Didier Deschamps’ only defeat in the Nations League was their 3-1 home loss to Italy.

Israel v Belgium – Belgium to win

The final game on this Smart Acca sees Israel face Belgium in League A Group 2’s other fixture. Israel’s 0-0 draw with France earned them their first point in this season’s Nations League, as Italy had previously beaten them (4-1 and 2-1) and 4-1 at home to France and 3-1 away at Belgium.

However, Belgium’s only win in League A Group 2 was via a 3-1 scoreline at home to Israel on matchday one, thanks to goals by Kevin De Bruyne (2) and Youri Tielemans.

Since then, Domenico Tedesco’s side have suffered 2-0 and 2-1 defeats to France on either side of a 2-2 draw in Italy, while last time out, they suffered a narrow 1-0 home loss to the Azzurri.
