Mansfield Town vs Birmingham City – Birmingham to win

We kick off in League One, as top of the table Birmingham City travel to fourth-place Mansfield Town.

The Stags are in solid form, as they’ve won five of their last six matches. In that run, Nigel Clough’s side suffered a 1-0 home loss to Stevenage, after beating Blackpool, Crawley Town and Northampton Town via 2-0 scorelines, and winning 2-1 at Wigan in midweek.

Birmingham City are also in red-hot form, as following their 1-0 home win over Huddersfield Town on 1st October, they suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat at Charlton, before earning emphatic 4-0, 3-1 and 2-0 wins over Shrewsbury Town, Lincoln City and Bolton Wanderers.

Stuttgart vs Holstein Kiel – Stuttgart to win

The next game up comes from the German Bundesliga as 10th-place Stuttgart take on 17th-place Holstein Kiel.

Stuttgart managed a confidence-boosting 1-0 win at Juventus last time out, as El Bilal Toure scored a 92nd-minute winner in Turin. In the run-up to that game, Sebastian Hoeneß’ side suffered a heavy 4-0 defeat at Bayern Munich, following 1-1 draws with Hoffenheim and Sparta Prague.

Holstein Kiel have just two points to their name after seven league matches, with those points coming via 2-2 draws against Bochum and Bayer Leverkusen. The visitors have suffered 2-0, 4-2 and 6-1 defeats to Union Berlin, Eintracht Frankfurt and Bayern Munich in their last five matches.

Aston Villa vs AFC Bournemouth – Aston Villa to win

The first EPL game on this Mega Acca comes from Villa Park as Aston Villa meet Bournemouth in a game where the Villains will be aiming to maintain their place in the top four.

Unai Emery’s men have won three of their last four matches, as they managed superb 1-0 and 2-0 victories over Bayern Munich and Bologna in the Champions League, either side of a 0-0 stalemate with Manchester United and a solid 3-1 win away at Fulham, where strikes from Morgan Rogers and Ollie Watkins put the Villains ahead before Issa Diop’s own goal settled the game.

Bournemouth have shown a lot of inconsistency of late, as Andoni Iraola’s team have won two of their last five matches. The Cherries initially suffered 1-0 and 3-0 defeats to Chelsea and Liverpool, before earning 3-1 and 2-0 home wins over Southampton and Arsenal, while being narrowly beaten 1-0 away at Leicester in-between the aforementioned victories.

Brentford vs Ipswich Town – Brentford to win

Also on Saturday, Brentford go up against an Ipswich Town side that are yet to record a win since their return to the Premier League.

Thomas Frank’s men suffered a 2-1 defeat at Man United last time out after earning a 5-3 victory over Wolves. Prior to this, the Bees had drawn 1-1 with West Ham following a 3-1 loss at Tottenham and a 3-1 home win over Leyton Orient in the EFL Cup.

Ipswich Town are on a two-game losing streak, as Kieran McKenna’s side have suffered 2-0 and 4-1 defeats to Everton and West Ham, after drawing 2-2, 1-1 and 0-0 with the likes of Aston Villa, Southampton and Brighton & Hove Albion.

Brighton vs Wolves – Brighton to win

Fifth-place Brighton & Hove Albion host bottom of the table Wolves at the AMEX Stadium on Saturday.

The Seagulls recently beat Wolves 3-2 in the League Cup as Carlos Baleba, Simon Adingra and Ferdi Kadioglu all got on the scoresheet. Since then,  Fabian Hürzeler’s side have drawn 2-2 at home with Nottingham Forest, suffered a 4-2 defeat at Chelsea, and earned 3-2 and 1-0 wins over Tottenham and Newcastle United.

On the other hand, Wolves have lost all of their last four matches since their cup defeat, beaten by Aston Villa 3-1, Liverpool 2-1, Brentford 5-3 and Manchester City 2-1.

Burnley vs QPR – Burnley to win

Second-place Burnley face off against 23rd-place QPR in Saturday’s EFL Championship action.

The Clarets were held to a 1-1 draw away at Hull City on Wednesday night, after previously beating Sheffield Wednesday 2-0 and Plymouth Argyle 1-0 on either side of a 0-0 draw with Preston.

QPR have been in abysmal form of late, as in the run-up to their 1-1 home draw with Coventry City, the Loftus Road club suffered four defeats on the bounce to Portsmouth 2-1, Derby County 2-0, Hull City 3-1 and Blackburn Rovers 2-0.

Sunderland vs Oxford United – Sunderland to win

Sunderland vs. Oxford United could be a fairly one-sided contest in the Championship, with this being a clash between first and 13th-places.

Since their 2-1 loss at Watford on 28th September, the Black Cats have been in strong form, accumulating 10 points in their last four league matches, with 2-0 and 1-0 wins over Derby County and Hull City, either side of a 2-2 draw with Leeds United, prior to their 2-1 victory over Luton Town on Wednesday night.

Oxford United have been draw specialists of late, tying five games on the spin against Burnley, Luton Town, Portsmouth, West Bromwich Albion and Derby County.

Huddersfield Town vs Exeter City – Huddersfield to win

The next match-up on this Mega Acca sees fifth-place Huddersfield Town take on sixth-place Exeter City in League One.

Huddersfield have won three of their last four matches, since losing 1-0 at Birmingham City on 1st October, beating Barnsley 2-0 in consecutive matches while also defeating Bristol Rovers 3-1 prior to a 0-0 draw away at Wrexham.

Exeter City suffered a 2-1 home defeat to Reading in midweek, after three wins on the spin, firstly, away at Shrewsbury Town 2-0 as well as against both Cambridge United and Leyton Orient via 1-0 scorelines.

Notts County vs Harrogate Town – Notts County to win

Notts County against Harrogate Town is the first League Two match to feature on this Mega Acca.

The Magpies are third in the table and unbeaten in their last three matches since losing 1-0 and 2-0 to Port Vale and Northampton Town. Stuart Maynard’s side have recently managed 2-2 and 1-1 draws with Chesterfield and Barrow AFC, either side of a 1-0 home win over AFC Wimbledon.

Harrogate Town have had mixed form of late, beaten 1-0 by Crewe in the EFL Trophy, while in League Two, they have drawn 0-0 and 1-1 with Swindon and Carlisle and beating Newport County 1-0 prior to their 1-0 loss to Port Vale on Tuesday night.

Accrington Stanley vs Walsall – Walsall to win

We wrap up this Acca with Walsall making the journey to the Wham Stadium, where they’ll take on Accrington Stanley.

The hosts are 21st in the table, following a 2-1 loss to MK Dons on Tuesday. In the run-up to that game, Accrington had earned a 1-0 win over Barrow, as well as back-to-back 2-1 league victories over Gillingham and Morecambe.

Walsall sit second in League Two and have had some interesting results of late, as the Saddlers earned a thumping 4-0 home win over Colchester on 28th September, before being thrashed 6-2 by Fleetwood Town. Since then, they have drawn 2-2 with Chesterfield and earned 4-1 and 3-1 wins over Grimsby Town and Carlisle United.
