Some people don’t like Friday night Premier League fixtures. Some people also don’t like chocolate. Most of us however, have quite a taste for both of those things and while we all can’t be eating too many sweet things, more Friday night football would be just lovely thanks.

Leicester’s return to the Premier League saw them endure a run of six games before they got a win, three wins, three losses until they beat Bournemouth before the international break and followed it up with a 2-3 win over Southampton last weekend.
The Foxes have scored in all eight of their Premier League games thus far and have conceded in seven of them. At home, they’ve won one, drawn two, and lost one, scoring four and conceding four as well.
Nottingham Forest’s great run of form isn’t really getting the attention they deserve. Nuno Espirito Santos’ side have lost just once in the league this season, scoring in seven of their eight fixtures.
On the road, they’ve won two and drawn two, scoring five and conceding three. Based on these statistics, both sides should certainly be scoring here.
Facundo Buonanotte to have 1+ shots on target
We’d been looking at Morgan Gibbs-White in the same market here, but we’re still waiting on news regarding whether he’ll play. He’s all clear following his suspension, but fitness-wise, the Forest backroom staff have him pencilled in for a fitness test.
So, we look instead to Leicester’s Argentine attacking midfielder Facundo Buonanotte. He’s been excellent since Brighton loaned him out to get more game time. He’s scored three goals, assisted two, and has an average shots per game of 1.9. This pick screams value.
Wilfred Ndidi to commit 2+ fouls
Here’s another one with plenty of value. Wilfred Ndidi has picked up three yellow cards so far in the league, averages four successful tackles per game, and averages 1.8 fouls per game.
That’s just shy of the 2.0 we need here, but he’s likely in for a busy evening, trying to keep the likes of Callum Hudson-Odoi, Elliot Anderson, and Anthony Elanga at bay. We’ve seen plenty of times this season that Forest’s attacking players have no fears when it comes to trying to get the ball into dangerous positions.
Ndidi’s no-nonsense approach to keeping his defence safe should make for some interesting Friday night action.
Over 2.5 Nottingham Forest cards
You couldn’t label Nottingham Forest as a dirty team. They’re the seventh worst offenders in the league this season, with 21 yellow cards and three red cards. Southampton have picked up 26 and two.
However, the vast majority of those cards have come on the road, where they’ve picked up 20 bookings in total, so we can most certainly label the team as dirty on the road.
Forest have picked up at least four cards in all four of their away Premier League matches this season. We’d be mad not to go for this
