The Premier League gets back into the swing of things with a London derby as Tottenham Hotspur host West Ham in North London.
PP ambassador Joe Cole joined us earlier this week to tell us how he thinks it will go down. Let’s get right into it and get his Spurs v West Ham betting tips.
Joe’s got two player picks in here, too, so Paddy’s Super Sub promotion will kick in if he’s replaced during the match and the bet will carry over to his replacement.

West Ham were always going to have a tough start this season. Losing their first three games at the London Stadium was a real blow. Then it can become quite difficult to play at home, and sometimes the away games are a little easier.
Over the last few years, West Ham have gotten some good results in this fixture and their players will be up for it. I don’t think there’s much difference between the two teams, but the hosts should take the points.
This is a tricky one to call. Both teams have been indifferent regarding their expectations this season.
Offensively, both teams have been poor, so both teams to score is one of the bets for me here. It’ll be much closer than the odds suggest but I’d have Spurs winning 2-1.
Michail Antonio should get one for West Ham on a counter, and Brennan Johnson’s been in great form, so I’d back him to score too.
