We kick off Saturday night’s Euro acca in France as Rennes play host to Lens. The hosts have enjoyed a contrasting season start with two home wins and two away losses from four outings.
Lens missed out on a spot in the UEFA Conference League and they have struggled since that playoff loss with successive league draws either side of the international break.
The tip here is for a home win with both of Rennes’ home victories this season coming via impressive 3-0 scorelines.

Ajax have been busy in the opening weeks of the 2024/25 season under new boss Francesco Farioli. After battling through multiple qualifying rounds they eventually booked a spot in the Europa League proper.
That means they have only played three league games, with two home wins, either side of a late 2-1 loss at NAC Breda. The hosts have won two of their last three, but Ajax look to be building up some steam, and they should have enough to squeeze out a victory.

A mid-table Serie A battle might not sound like the most fun option on a Saturday night and this clash is likely to a quiet one. Both teams have won just one of their four league outings so far this season and Verona’s defensive record is good.
The hosts have conceded just two goals in their last three games, including back-to-back clean sheets, with all three featuring under 2.5 goals scored.
Reims v PSG

PSG needed a late goalkeeping howler to secure an opening win in the Champions League as they just about edged past Girona in midweek.
Luis Enrique’s side have won all four so far in Ligue 1, so a result pick is not great value here, despite hosts Reims winning successive games.
Reims have scored in their last three matches, and will cause problems for a PSG defence who were unnerved by Girona, and PSG have already whacked in 16 league goals this season.
Real Madrid v Espanyol

We are going to round up Saturday’s Euro games with some Brazilian flair as Real Madrid are expected to ease past Espanyol in the Spanish capital.
Carlo Ancelotti’s side are unbeaten in all competitions in 2024/25, with all three home games won, and just one goal conceded.
Vinicius Junior and Kylian Mbappe are publicly sharing penalty duties (for now!) with two scored each. Vini Jr is trailing his strike partner at this point, with two goals compared to five, but he loves scoring against Espanyol after firing against them home and away last season.
