Columbus Crew v Seattle Sounders – Columbus Crew to win & both teams to score

Seattle Sounders’ early season form was awful, but they have now won seven of their last ten league games. Their last five away MLS games have seen them win two, draw one, lose two, score seven, and concede seven.

Columbus Crew have won six and drawn one (winning it on penalties) over their last seven games. Their home league form has been very impressive lately. They’ve won four and drawn one, scoring a healthy 15 goals while conceding three.

With both teams in good form, you’d have to expect a few goals, but it’s hard to argue with the Crew’s strong home form, so we’re going to back them to take the three points and for both teams to get on the scoresheet.

New York Red Bulls v Sporting Kansas City – Both teams to score

The Red Bulls have won one, drawn three, and lost one of their last five in the league. On home soil, they’ve won two, drawn two, and lost one, scoring 10 and conceding seven.

Sporting Kansas are in better overall shape with three wins, one draw, and one loss over their last five in the league. However, their away MLS form is awful.

Of their last 10 away league games, they’ve won just one and have lost all nine of the others. However, they scored six goals over their last five away games, and the hosts have kept just one clean sheet over their last five games at home. Both Teams to Score makes sense here.

01:30 Houston Dynamo v LAFC – Both teams to score & over 2.5 goals

With three games in hand over Western Conference leaders LA Galaxy, second-placed LAFC can close the gap to just two with a win away to Houston Dynamo.

The host’s recent MLS form is pretty good, though. They’ve won three, drawn one, and lost one over their last five, while on home turf, they have won two, drawn two, and lost one, scoring seven and conceding five.

LAFC’s overall league form has seen them win two, draw one, and lose two, but away from home, they’ve been nothing short of excellent, winning five of their last six, drawing the other, and scoring 12 goals.

With both teams in good form, and scoring plenty of goals of late, we’re going with the value in backing Both Teams to Score & Over 2.5 Goals.

03:30 Vancouver Whitecaps v FC Dallas – Vancouver Whitecaps to win

Both sides come into this clash in decent league form. The hosts have won three, drawn one, and lost one over their last five. Their opponents can boast the same results. However, we have some rather contrasting home v away stats here.

The Whitecaps have won three and lost two of their last five at home in the league, scoring 12 and conceding 11, while Dallas have won just one of their last five on the road in the MLS, drawing two, and losing two, scoring 10 and conceding 11.
