Both sides opened their Serie A campaigns with 3-0 wins as Juventus smashed past Cesc Fabregas’ Como in Turin and Verona delivered a shock to Antonio Conte on his Napoli debut.
With the two teams on Cloud Nine after those results, there is as strong expectation of more goals to come on Monday night, despite a low-key final goal tally for the pair at the end of 2023/24.

This fixture ended in a 2-2 draw in Verona last season and the hosts have scored in nine of their last ten home league games against Juventus.

Daniel Mosquera enjoyed a dream Verona Serie A debut as he scored twice late on against Napoli. Time will tell how prolific the Colombian can be in the Italian top-flight but he will carry a real goal threat to the Juventus defence.
Dusan Vlahovic to score
Dusan Vlahovic not finding the back of the net against Como was something of a surprise and he will be looking to make amends in Verona.
He finished as Juventus’ top scorer last season, with 16 league goals, and he has two goals in three starts against Verona as a Juventus player.
Andrea Cambiaso to commit 1+ fouls
With Federico Chiesa not expected to feature, as he potentially plots a transfer exit, Andrea Cambiaso will be extra busy down Juventus’ right flank.
He scored against Como in the closing minutes, and will look to bomb forward again, but he also registered two fouls and could be a little frazzled on Monday night.
