I think the response to the draw with Denmark last week will fire England up. That’s how they have looked in the press conferences before this game.
Obviously they want to put it right, some of the criticism feels over the top.
We didn’t play fantastically well but we didn’t lose and I never thought we were under great pressure – but changes probably need to be made.
I think they’ll come out all guns blazing and hopefully get the job done convincingly by putting on a bit of a show.
I can see England doing very well in a 3-0 win. It could be a bit like the Scotland game on Sunday night and things could go crazy in the last 20 minutes as Slovenia have to win or they’re out.
If they do come out we’ve got some serious players to hurt them.
Hopefully there will be changes. Luke Shaw looks like he might be fit to play a part, and I’d swap that midfield around.
You can take away one of those sitting midfield players, probabaly Trent Alexander-Arnold, and move Jude Bellingham back besides Declan Rice.
That means you can put Phil Foden in his best position centrally and bring Anthony Gordon in with his pace on the left.
There’s no luxury players these days, they all work hard.
If you can get Gordon and Bukayo Saka on the wings to provide width and pace around Kane that can be lethal.
That’s the way I wanted to go at the start of the tournament and nothing’s changed for me.
A midfield three of Rice, Bellingham and Foden can take it in turns to go forward and pop up in those dangerous areas.
Honestly, Saka and Gordon on the wings against a Slovenia side who need to win could be all kinds of fun.
I have no doubts about Harry Kane, he starts every game for me. He’s already scored one goal and he only needs half a chance.
We’ve got enough quality around him I just think we need pace up there.
It’s just frustrating that Cole Palmer can’t be squeezed in but we’re not allowed to play 13, 14 players unfortunately! He’s a great option and I’d like to see the subs being used a bit more in a more attacking line up.
In defence, Marc Guehi’s been magnificent. I’m really pleased for him that he’s come in to a major tournament at this level and looked so assured because I promise you it’s nerve wracking.
I heard John Stones saying great things about him and he knows a thing or two about good defenders.

However, Slovenia are a dangerous side and they will have their hands full against Benjamin Sesko – what a player he is.
Teams at this level do have smatterings of quality, look at Albania, Hungary. They’ve all got their threats but I’m backing England here, and they can keep a clean sheet too.
It won’t be a walkover, though, and Sesko is a real threat.
Guehi will get a few tackles in to try and stop him, but could be in for a tricky night.
As I’ve said, I believe England will come good in this one. I fancy Kane and Foden to do the damage.
I’d love to say Gordon as well but I just don’t know if he’s going to get a run out so Saka is a more sensible option to get one for himself or tee up the others.
