7.45pm: Monza v Atalanta

TV: TNT Sports 2

It’s Sunday night which can only mean one thing – it’s time for another Multi Match Bet Builder. We start in Italy where Atalanta travel to Monza on the back of giving last week’s punt the kibosh by throwing away a 2-0 lead at home to lowly Verona.

They also knocked Liverpool out of the Europa League during the week but I’m a very petty man who loves a grudge. Anyway, to the task at hand and Atalanta are 7th and have serious work to do if they’re to make the top four but they do have games in hand.

Monza (+1)

Monza continue to upset the odds and they’re flying high in 11th with their Serie A status essentially confirmed for another year. They’ve never beaten their visitors here though, losing handsomely the three times they’ve met.

This is trickier to call than you might think as both are in poor form in the league. The hosts are without a win in three while Atalanta have won just one of the last seven. I have a feeling the visitors have their minds on the cup competitions so Monza (+1) could be the smart play in a game that the hosts will be fresher and probably more fired up for.

8pm: Paris St-Germain v Lyon

TV: TNT Sports 1

There’s a cracker in France on Sunday night as Lyon make the daunting trip to champions-elect Paris St-Germain. OL have recovered from an utterly shambolic start to the season to rise to 7th on the back of 11 wins in their last 15.

PSG are in pretty imperious form overall but they’ve actually only won two of their last six, drawing the other four. While that might look a shonky, they’ve not lost since September 15th.

Lyon (+1)

Given Lyon’s winning streak, and the fact PSG are nigh-on impossible to beat, this game looks ripe for another dart in the handicap markets. PSG have drawn their last three home games and, while they’ll be on a high from reaching the Champions League semi finals, you get the impression that’s their focus.

OL have won their last five on the road and, while going to Parc des Princes is a different kettle of fish from most Ligue 1 grounds, you have to look at that form and think they’ll get something so Lyon (+1) could well click.

Both Teams To Score

Naturally with two teams in such good form they’ve been scoring a lot of goals. Lyon have bagged in 14 of the last 15 while it’s 20 in the last 21 in the league for PSG.

In terms of Both Teams To Score, that’s a bet that’s paid in 10 of the hosts’ last 14 in Ligue 1 and eight of Lyon’s last 12 including their four most recent outings.

8pm: Real Madrid v Barcelona

TV: Premier Sports 1 and LALIGATV

There’s no better place to finish than in Spain with the mighty Clasico. This isn’t the game it used to be, given that Real are streets ahead of Barcelona on and off the pitch.

In La Liga Real are top and eight points clear of the second-placed Barca. The Catalans could breathe life into the title race with a win but it’s hard to see Real dropping the required points to allow a turnaround, especially as they’re in superb form.

Real Madrid to Win

Real have won the last three Clasicos across the various competitions and, generally, they win this contest at the Bernabeu. As well as winning away earlier in the season they’ve now won three of the last four at home in the league.

They’ve only lost one league game this season and, while Barcelona are in fantastic form themselves, this Real side know how to grind out wins as and when they need them. We’ll back Madrid to take a huge step towards the title and for Real to Win.
