    Ipswich v Bristol City
Championship match at Portman Road, Ipswich
TV: Sky Sports Main Event, Tuesday, 8pm

High-flying Ipswich welcome Bristol City to Portman Road on Tuesday as they look to heap the pressure on Championship leaders Leicester in the title race. The Tractor boys sit just three points behind the Foxes, with promotion to the Premier League becoming a real possibility. The visitors are languishing in mid-table, but a fourth defeat in a row here could see them begin to look over their shoulders toward the bottom.

    Ipswich to Win

Kieran Mckenna’s men are on an impressive five-game winning streak that has seen them steal a march in their promotion push as others drop points around them. Another win here will see them hot on the heels of leaders Leicester, and it is a strong possibility.

They won 1-0 in the reverse fixture in Bristol back in October, and with each game gaining further importance, I can see Ipswich getting all three points again.

    Over 2.5 Goals

Six of Ipswich’s last seven games have seen over 2.5 goals fly in, with Saturday’s 2-0 win away at Plymouth being the exception. The hosts have blessed Portman Road with goals in the last two games, scoring four against Rotherham United and three against Birmingham City.

Liam Manning’s Bristol City will get chances to score on Tuesday, and they will be hungry to take their chances after missing a hatful of opportunities on Saturday. Ipswich have been prone to conceding, which adds to the likelihood of goals, and I can see their being over 2.5.

    Kieffer Moore to Score

The towering Welsh striker has made quite an impact since joining Ipswich on loan from Bournemouth in January. He’s scored five goals in seven appearances for the Tractor Boys, grabbing the second in Saturday’s 2-0 win at Plymouth Argyle.

Moore is a dangerous focal point for the hosts, who will be determined to continue his fine form and cause problems for the Bristol City defence.

Conor Chaplin to have 1 or more Shots on Target

A versatile forward who has been vital for Ipswich’s success this season, Conor Chaplin seems to always be involved when Kieran Mckenna’s side attacks.

With Kieffer Moore up with him, Chaplin can look to bounce the ball off the target man, opening up opportunities for him to take a strike at goal. Bristol City conceded seven shots on target in their last game away from home, so you can expect Ipswich’s second striker to get a chance.

Sam Morsy to be Shown a Card

The final leg of the bet builder revolves around the Ipswich captain, who leads the way for cautions for his side this season, having picked up 12 in 35 games. He escaped the referee’s book in his last game but still got stuck in, committing two fouls.

As we edge closer to the end of the season, you can expect Morsy to continue committing fouls as he contributes to Ipswich’s fight for the title. He’ll be up against Andy King and Joe Williams in Bristol City’s midfield and Mark Sykes going forward, who can all draw fouls and make the game difficult for Morsy and potentially lead to him entering the referee’s book.
