Manchester City v Manchester United
Premier League match at the Etihad Stadium, Manchester
TV: Sky Sports Premier League/Main Event, Sunday 3:30pm
Man United must be worried about this fixture and it’s not just because of Erling Haaland. Keven de Bruyne assisted Haaland four times in their recent 2-6 win away to Luton in the FA Cup during the week. Haaland is just so powerful and even if he only half hits his shots he makes them count.
City are unbeaten over their last 18 games in all competitions and are unbeaten over their last 11 in the Premier League, winning nine of them.
United were on a good run until they were beaten 1-2 at home to Fulham and then scrapped through their FA Cup match away to Nottingham Forest. Saying that, the loss to Fulham is their only defeat in their last seven matches and they’ve conceded 33 goals and, of course, they’ll be without Rasmus Hojlund.
I really think Man United will be quaking in their boots going to the Etihad. I have City to Win and keeping a clean sheet with a scorelines of 3-0 so I’m backing Man City -2 and Both Teams to Score, No.
I’m also backing Erling Haaland and Phil Foden to Score and Kevin De Bruyne to have one or more Shots on Target.
