This is one of those rare games as a Liverpool fan where you’re thinking, ‘Come on Everton, do us a favour!’ They don’t often do that, by the way! They are struggling now and they’d had a good run before that. They’ve got no win in their last six now and they’ve not scored in three of their last four Premier League games.
They’ve had no win in four away games in all competitions so it’s not looking good for them. Evertonians will be watching this one from behind the couch. Manchester City are the only side in English football yet to drop a single point since Christmas with five wins.
They’re flying, they’re the top scorers in the Premier League on 54. I don’t know why I say all these things because we know that City just get on those amazing runs and you can feel it starting so I’m going for City to win this, very comfortably, 3-0.
I’m going for City (-2) in the handicaps and for Erling Haaland to Score Anytime. I don’t think he’ll have too many of those air shots like he had last week which was just a bit embarrassing.
I’ve also gone for Phil Foden to Score Anytime as well. He’s in great form and he’s just the most wonderful footballer. He’s got great poise, great balance, and also for Julian Alvarez To Have 1 Or More Shots On Target, I think he’ll start as well.

I think Newcastle are the rightful favourites here but they’ve not been great of late. They’ve only won one of their last six games but they won 3-1 at Aston Villa last time which was no mean feat because Villa were unbeaten for such a long time at home. That was the first away win in eight for Newcastle so it was a real turn up for the books.
Nottingham Forest had good home form but that’s gone. If you look at it they’ve lost five of their last six at the City Ground and nine of their last 14 Premier League games all in. Newcastle are my favourites and I expect them to win this game.
My Bet builder then is Newcastle to Win and I know Anthony Gordon and Alexander Isak are injured but that means Callum Wilson will be starting so I’m going for Wilson to Score Anytime.
Sean Longstaff is having a good time, he scored two goals last week, so I’ve got him to Have 1 Or More Shots On Target. Finally I’ve for Taiwo Awoniyi of Nottingham Forest To Have 1 Or More Shots On Target as well.
