The latest football odds are on PP.com now5pm: Equatorial Guinea v Ivory Coast
We’re into the final group-stage games at AFCON as teams discover whether they’ll make the knockout stages of the competition.
Our first game in focus is Equatorial Guinea v Ivory Coast. Equatorial Guinea have been one of the surprise packages so far and after winning one and drawing one of their two outings, a draw is good enough for them to reach the knockout stages.
Ivory Coast, meanwhile, need to win to reach the Round of 16 after losing 1-0 against Nigeria last time out.
Although Ivory Coast will be throwing bodies forward, Equatorial Guinea will likely shut up shop as they’ll likely be playing for a draw. We like the look of Under 2.5 Goals with Equatorial Guinea set to slow the game down and frustrate their rivals.
Ivory Coast To Have 6 Or More Corners is our next pick. Jean-Louis Gasset’s side have had 11 corners in their two group stage games so far and with them set to spend most of the match attacking, they’ll have plenty of corners on Monday.
Finally, we’re on 4 Or More Cards. There’s plenty on the line and tackles will be flying in as both sides look to reach the knockout stages. There were 36 fouls in Ivory Coast’s last game against Nigeria and if we get anything like that again, we’re in for plenty of cards.
5pm: Guinea-Bissau v Nigeria
We’re checking out the other Group A game now as Guinea-Bissau and Nigeria go head to head.
Guinea-Bissau can’t reach the knockout stages so this is all about Nigeria attempting to book their Round of 16 place.
Nigeria will be going for the win and they will have far too much quality for their rivals on Monday. Instead of backing Nigeria to win at the prices, we like them on the -1 Handicap as Jose Peseiro’s side look to build on their victory against Ivory Coast.
We’re expecting Nigeria to win by two or more goals so adding in Victor Osimhen To Score makes plenty of sense.
The Napoli forward scored in Nigeria’s group opener and he’ll be desperate to add to that tally as he eyes the Golden Boot. He’s had nine shots in two games so he’ll likely have a few efforts on goal.

8pm: Cape Verde v Egypt
We’ve also got two 8pm games to get stuck into and first up is Cape Verde v Egypt.
Cape Verde are guaranteed to finish top of Group B after winning their two games and Egypt can finish second behind them with a victory on Monday night.
We’re not backing a winner in this one, especially with Egypt being without the injured Mohamed Salah and Cape Verde likely to make a few changes having already qualified.
Instead, we’re on Both Teams To Score and Over 2.5 Goals.
Egypt’s two group games have both finished 2-2 and we’re expecting more of the same, especially with Rui Vitoria’s side needing to win. There have also been three or more goals in both of Cape Verde’s two group matches.
8pm: Mozambique v Ghana
Our final game in focus is Mozambique v Ghana. Either side can qualify in second place in Group B as long as Egypt draw or lose against Cape Verde.
We’re expecting Ghana to Win as they should have more than enough quality compared to Mozambique. Ghana let a 2-1 lead slip against Egypt and they’ll be desperate to secure a crucial three points in hope of reaching the Round of 16.
We’re also on Over 2.5 Goals, which has landed in both of Ghana and Mozambique’s group stage games. That trend can continue with both teams pushing for the win.
Our final selection is Jordan Ayew To Commit 2 Or More Fouls. The Crystal Palace man has committed three fouls in each of Ghana’s group games. He’s not afraid to get stuck in and Monday’s game will be no different.
