SUNDAY’S 2PM KICK-OFF MULTI-MATCH BET BUILDER

Everton v Chelsea
Cole Palmer to Score
Enzo Fernandez to Commit 1 or more Fouls

Fulham v West Ham
Over 2.5 goals

Luton v Man City
Man City -1
Phil Foden to be Fouled 2 or more Times

We’ve got a great Super Sunday in the Premier League this week and with three juicy games in the 2pm slot we can get stuck into a Bet Builder to cover them.

We’ve got Everton looking to continue their impressive form with a win over Chelsea, who are in desperate need of a big win after a terrible performance in defeat to Man Utd in the week. Speaking of being in need of a big performance, Pep Guardiola’s Man City simply have to get back to winning ways against Luton and Fulham will look to take points from high-flying West Ham.

    Everton v Chelsea

    Goodison Park, Liverpool

    Cole Palmer to Score

I still can’t get my head around Chelsea’s transfer policy, which seems to be sign anyone under 25, without necessarily thinking about how they’re going to fit into Mauricio Pochettino’s team

That said, despite it only being a matter of months we can already chalk up Cole Palmer’s transfer as a huge success. Even though his team played awfully against Man Utd, he still showed his quality with a deft finish to score Chelsea’s only goal.

That was his fifth goal in the Premier League this season, impressive given he has only started eight of his 12 games. If anyone is going to score against Everton then it’s the former Man City man.

Enzo Fernandez to Commit 1 or more Fouls

He might be a World Cup winner but Enzo Fernandez looked really off the pace in the midweek defeat to Man Utd. His worst moment in particular was a totally brainless challenge on Antony to give away a penalty. The keeper saved his blushes by saving Bruno Fernandes’ effort but it was far from his only mistake.

Despite only averaging 1.1 fouls per game in the Premier League this season I think we’ll see him give away at least one here. He’s combative and occasionally very rash, and against a hard-tackling Everton, who will really get under his skin, I think he’ll give up a silly foul or two.

        Fulham v West Ham

        Carven Cottage, London

        Over 2.5 Goals

So far this season West Ham have had eight games on the road and Over 2.5 goals has landed in all but one, with that sole Under 2.5 game being their season opener back in August. Goals have become part of the fabric of West Ham’s away games this season.

Over 2.5 goals has landed in just 57.1% of Fulham’s home games but both of their previous two fixtures at Craven Cottage have been five-goal thrillers and we should see more goals here against a superior West Ham team.

        Luton v Man City

        Kenilworth Road, Luton

        Man City -1

Yes, Luton did nearly earn a draw at home to Arsenal on Tuesday but the Gunners still had too much for them despite a heroic effort and a relatively poor performance by Arsenal’s standards. I think the manner of that defeat would really have hit the Luton players hard and now they have a huge task against Man City.

There’s been paper talk of City being in crisis, I don’t buy that for a second. They’ll get back to their near-invincible ways soon and what better place than Kenilworth Road. I’m expecting a statement from Guardiola’s team and I think they’ll come here and win by at least two if not more.

Phil Foden to be Fouled 2 or more times

Luton gave up 14 fouls midweek against Arsenal and clearly know that the only way they can beat opposition who are technically superior is to get amongst them. Man City will be hungry for a statement win and I think Luton will have to fight tooth and nail to get anything here, which probably means more fouls.

There’s always a risk in Pep-roulette with City and players getting benched but I expect Phil Foden to start. He’s been fouled 1.5 times per game in the Premier League this season and with his quick feet and directness I think he’ll be an issue for Luton, who should do as they did midweek and give up plenty of fouls, so let’s back Foden to be fouled twice.
