Midweek Premier League is always an added bonus to the working week and this week we start off with two games involving newly-promoted teams. Wolves welcome Burnley to Molineux and Luton face Premier League leaders Arsenal in a tough, tough matchup.

Wolves to Win
Sitting 13th in the Premier League doesn’t really feel right for Wolves. They may only have 15 points but they’ve been genuinely good at times. Their season started with a huge, and wrong, decision not to give them a last-minute penalty against Man Utd and it feels like their bad luck has continued.
Burnley got only their second win of the season on Saturday, smashing Sheffield United 5-0. While that might have gotten the feel-good factor back at Turf Moor, I don’t see it lasting.
They, and the rest of this year’s promoted teams, simply aren’t as good as the rest of the Premier League. Wolves are the better team here and they’ll get back to winning ways.
Sander Berge to Commit 1 or more Fouls
The Norwegian midfielder has only averaged 0.9 fouls per game in the Premier League this season but I think we’re going to see him give up at least one here. He’s going to have a really tough task ahead.
He’s going to be outnumbered three to two in the middle of the park by Wolves’ midfielders and I see him and Josh Brownhill having to employ the dark arts in order to try and get a foothold in the game.

Both Teams to Score
Nobody in the Premier League has conceded less goals than Arsenal so this might come as surprise but I think Both Teams will Score is a great wager here. First up, we know Arsenal will score, they’ve scored 29 in 14 games here and Luton have shipped 26 in 14 games.
However, Luton, despite scoring 13 in 14, less than one per game, have scored in all but one of their home games. The atmosphere at Kenilworth Road can be intimidating and under the floodlights in a midweek fixture I think that’s going to really help them against a superior Arsenal team and push for a goal.
Arsenal -1
Arsenal are heavy favourites so it goes without saying that we should try to include some sort of leg in the Bet Builder that builds upon that. The best way to get value on the win is to back Arsenal -1 on the handicap.
Only five teams have scored more than Arsenal this season and they’ve averaged at least two goals per game in the Premier League. Luton have been giving up goals for fun but the real reason for this bet is the injuries that Luton sustained against Brentford at the weekend.
Losing multiple starting defenders is always bad but when you’re welcoming the Premier League leaders to town, it’s a death sentence. Expect Arsenal to win by a couple of goals.
Bukayo Saka to Score or Assist
The final leg of our Bet Builder is for Bukayo Saka to either score or assist. In 13 Premier League games this season he’s scored five and assisted another five. Now he faces a defence missing key players and ready to be exposed.
Saka has really hit form for his club in the last month. He’s either scored or gotten an assist in each of his five previous games across the Premier League and in Europe.
In that timeframe he’s scored three times and assisted four more. He’s at the peak of his powers and should find a way to get a goal contribution here.
