West Ham are hard to predict. One minute they’re playing really well, the next they’ve lost the last three in the Premier League, conceding eight. They’ve conceded 20 so far and it’s only the bottom four who have conceded more.

Jarrod Bowen has scored seven in the last 11 league games so he’s in fine form and has to be in my Bet Builder. Nottingham Forest beat Aston Villa last weekend and they were quite comfortable which surprised a lot of people.

That was their first win in seven Premier League games and they’ve taken just one point from their last three on the road. Forest have won only two of their 25 away games in the Premier League since their return so you don’t fancy them much away from the City Ground.

Can West Ham score enough goals? Just about. I’m going for West Ham to Win 1-0 so that’s Both Teams To Score? No as well. I’ve also got Jarrod Bowen to Score Anytime.

I fancy Michail Antonio To Have 1 Or More Shots On Target and Moussa Niakhate, the centre back for Forest, I think he’s going to have a tough one. I do like Antonio, he’s a handful, so I think Niakhate will be shown a card.

4.30pm: Chelsea v Manchester City

TV: Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League

I am going with Manchester City and let’s not get carried away by that Chelsea win against a nine-man Tottenham. The stats are just amazing at The Bridge. They’ve taken just one point from the last four home league games and they’ve won only one of their last 14 home Premier League games which was against Luton.

City have won their last six games in all competitions against Chelsea without conceding so this is made for them. They’re absolutely firing and have won 21 of their last 25 Premier League games. What more can you say about them?

However, to give Chelsea fans that little but of hope, Manchester City have lost two of their last three away league games and that was at Wolves and Arsenal. There may be a little bit of hope there and that’s why I’m going for Both Teams To Score but for City to Win with Over 2.5 Goals in the game.

In my Bet Builder I’ve also got Erling Haaland to Score Anytime and Julian Alvarez to Score Anytime as well. I think Alvarez will come back in for this game.
