12.30pm: Luton v Tottenham

TV: TNT Sports 1 and TNT Sports Ultimate

I don’t think you can look past Spurs winning the game. They’ll be odds on but they’re away from home so that might make it a bit closer to evens. Luton do have a go in the games but they’ve lost five out of the seven Premier League games. That win over Everton, you thought it might be the start of something good and then they got beat by Burnley in midweek.

They’ve had the lowest average possession in the league with only 36.1% so they’re not getting a lot of the ball and against Spurs you would imagine it would be even less than that. They’ve taken just one point from the three home games. Yes, they’re making it quite raucous, but it’s not enough to worry opponents.

Spurs, they’re having a good time aren’t they – the lucky shower of…! They’ve won five out of the last six Premier League games, though the record shouldn’t be that! I can’t let the Liverpool game go!

Anyway… they’ve scored two or more goals in all seven Premier League games so it’s a good time for Spurs and their supporters. They’ve scored in each of their 19 last league games so you’d expect them to score.

Son Heung-min has scored six in the last four Premier League games so, as you can imagine, I’ve got Spurs (-1) in this and Son to Score Anytime.

I’ve also got Richarlison to Score Anytime in my Bet Builder, I do think he’s looking more likely these days. Dejan Kulusevski to Have 1 Or More Shots On Target is the final leg.

Saturday 3pm: Burnley v Chelsea

TV: Premier Sports

Chelsea at least scored a couple of goals at Fulham and I do fancy them in this game. The win against Fulham was good and it was important they kept a clean sheet. Then again they’ve been good at that because they’ve only conceded six goals in the league which confuses you a little bit because you think they’re having a hard time but defensively they’ve been really good.

It’s only Manchester City who have conceded fewer on five goals. They are doing well in that department but they’re not scoring enough. They’ve scored only seven in seven Premier League games. That win over Fulham will do them good, Armando Broja, Cole Palmer and Raheem Sterling all played so maybe they’re getting a little bit of firepower back on the pitch which will change things.

As for Burnley they had that win against Luton in midweek but they’ve conceded 16 goals and only Sheffield United on 19 have conceded more than that. They’ve lost their opening four home league games so they’re not even making Turf Moor a fortress.

I’m going for Chelsea to Win this game, but only just. I’m going for Armando Broja to Score Anytime, just as he did against Fulham on Monday night.

Cole Palmer was, for me, the man of the match in the Fulham game, I’ve got Palmer to Have 1 or More shots on Target. The last bet is Charlie Taylor To Be Shown A Card. Why Taylor? He’s been booked in the last two games so I’m expecting him to be up against it in this game.

Mauricio Pochettino

5.30pm: Crystal Palace v Nottingham Forest

TV: Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Football

How good have Crystal Palace been under Roy Hodgson? I think this is his 400th Premier League game and they’ve lost only four of the last 17 under him. I think there’s a hard streak in Roy Hodgson! They’ve scored 11 goals, 10 of them have been in the second half of games which is very unusual.

They’ve lost just one of the last eight home games and that was to Arsenal so they are strong at Selhurst Park. Nottingham Forest are really good at the City Ground. Away from home they’ve had difficulties and have only won two of 23 since returning to the top flight. They’ve lost three of four away Premier League games this season.

I don’t think it’s going to be a high-scoring game so Under 2.5 Goals but I’m going for Palace to Win this one, but only just.

I do think Odsonne Edouard will start so I’m going for Edouard to Score Anytime. I fancy Jean-Philippe Mateta, if he does start, to Have 1 or More Shots on Target. I think he’ll be up front with Edouard.
