Football Acca Tips

7:45pm – Birmingham v Huddersfield
Under 2.5 Goals

7:45pm – Ipswich v Hull
Both Teams to Score & Over 2.5 Goals

7:45pm – Middlesbrough v Cardiff
Both Teams to Score

8pm – West Brom v Sheffield Wednesday
West Brom to Win

8pm – Stoke v Southampton
Both Teams to Score & Over 2.5 Goals

Birmingham v Huddersfield

St Andrew’s Stadium, 7:45pm

Under 2.5 Goals

Birmingham fans most definitely have the Blues of late. They’ve now gone six games without a victory in all competitions and have only scored two goals over their last five Championship games. At St Andrew’s they’ve won two, drawn two and lost one over their last five in the league, scoring five goals while conceding four.

Huddersfield have drawn three games in-a-row and on their league travels this season have won one, drawn two and lost one, scoring five and conceding six. Neither side are in great form then and aren’t exactly solid in front of goal. Under 2.5 Goals has the value for our first game.

Ipswich v Hull

Portman Road, 7:45pm

Both Teams to Score & Over 2.5 Goals

Ipswich have won four and drawn one of their last five in all competitions, scoring a very healthy 10 goals. At Portman Road they’ve won three and lost one of their four league fixtures, scoring 12 goals and conceding nine.

Hull are undefeated over their last eight games, winning four and drawing four with Ireland striker Aaron Connolly playing a starring role, scoring five goals in nine league appearances. The Tigers have won three and lost one on their league travels this season, scoring seven and conceding four. Both sides are in ripe goal-scoring form then, we should see both scoring and at least three goals.

Middlesbrough v Cardiff

Riverside Stadium, 7:45pm

Both Teams to Score

Both sides also come into this match in good shape. Boro have won three and drawn one of their last four while Cardiff have won four and lost one over their last five in all competitions. The hosts have scored nine over their last five fixtures while the away side have netted nine over their last five. Both Teams to Score has the value here.

West Brom v Sheffield Wednesday

The Hawthorns, 8pm

West Brom to Win

Carlos Corberan can’t be too happy with how things are going of late for the Baggies, winning just one of their last five league games. However, they smashed four unanswered goals past Preston over the weekend and face a Sheffield Wednesday side who are rock bottom of the league on just two points after nine games on their return to the Championship.

The Owls have failed to score in four of their last five games and that’s going to be the obvious difference maker here. We’re taking the Baggies to bag the three points here.

Stoke v Southampton

Bet365 Stadium, 8pm
TV: Sky Sports Football

Both Teams to Score & Over 2.5 Goals

Sky’s main televised game of the day sees Stoke welcoming a Southampton side who may, or may not, have put a recent slump behind them after beating Leeds 3-1 at St Mary’s on Saturday. The away side had lost all four of their prior games, conceding 12 goals in all, so you’d have to expect the Potters to get on the scoresheet.

The hosts have only kept one clean sheet on home turf this season and in only one of their nine Championship games thus far. Both teams should be scoring here and with both bagging three each in their Saturday games we should see at least a third goal here too.
