Inter Milan to Win

The Serie A season is now underway and we’re focusing on Monday night’s action as Inter Milan travel to Cagliari.

Inter, who finished third last season, won their opener last time out when beating Monza 2-0 at the San Siro.

Cagliari, meanwhile, got promoted from Serie B last season via the playoffs. They played out a 0-0 draw at Torino last week but they had 42 per cent possession and registered just two shots on target.

All signs point to an Inter win and the quality of Simone Inzaghi’s side should shine through.

While we’re on an Inter win, we’re hardly expecting a goal fest.

This selection landed in both of Inter and Cagliari’s first Serie A games of the season and we’re expecting that to continue.

Lautaro Martinez is Inter’s main man and he hit the ground running in their first league game by netting a brace at the San Siro.

The Argentina international scored 24 goals in Serie A and the Champions League last season and he’ll be desperate to better that tally this campaign.

He’s off to the perfect start and he had five shots against Monza, so we know he’s not afraid to have a go.

He started up top with Marcus Thuram last time out and they compliment each other. We can expect more of the same so backing Martinez to Score Anytime makes sense.

Alessandro Bastoni to Commit 1 or More Fouls

It’s Serie A football so backing fouls seems an obvious decision to make.

First up is Inter’s Alessandro Bastoni. The Italy international played on the left of a back three against Monza and he was heavily involved on the defensive end.

He committed two fouls and made five tackles so we’re after more of the same on Monday evening.

He averaged just under a foul per game last season too so we like the look of Bastoni to Commit 1 or More Fouls.

Alberto Dossena to Commit 2 or More Fouls
