It’s a massive game and this England side have got better as the tournament’s gone on. If you remember back to that 1-0 win over Haiti in the group stages. I went for 5-0! They’ve got an inner belief in themselves and they’re coming up against a very good Spain side who like to knock it about, very much like the Tiki-taka football the men play. But, don’t forget, during Spain’s group stage they got beat 4-0 by Japan so they are vulnerable.
With Spain coming up against this England team who are finding the goals now, I do fancy England to Win this one but I do think it’ll be tight. Though they won 3-1 against the Aussies, I think 2-1 might be the Correct Score so Both Teams To Score.
Everybody wants to beat England whether it’s rugby, whether it’s football, cricket, tiddlywinks… everybody wants to beat England so it will be a massive occasion. These girls just have no fear and you do think they will rally to the cause and I do fancy them to win the tournament.
Alessia Russo has really come good in the latter stages of the World Cup so I’m having Russo To Score Anytime in this game in my Bet Builder. Ella Toone scored an absolute worldie against Australia so I fancy Toone to Have 1 or More Shots on Target.
