The Under-21 Euros continues on Wednesday evening and we’re focusing on the final Group D games at 7:45pm – and first up is Italy v Norway.

Norway are already out of the tournament having lost their opening two games, while Italy need to better Switzerland’s result against France if they are to book their place in the quarter-finals.

Italy will see this as a must-win as they won’t want to rely on France beating Switzerland, therefore Paolo Nicolato’s men will be on the front foot from the off.

Sandro Tonali and Co. are odds-on to win so we’re going to be bold and back Italy -1 on the Handicap market.

Over 2.5 Goals

We fancy Italy on the Handicap, meaning we need them to win by two goals, so adding in Over 2.5 Goals makes plenty of sense.

Norway have nothing to play for after losing their first two games so we could see an open match that leads to goals.

France to Win

The other Group D game on Wednesday sees Switzerland face off against France.

France are top of the group after winning their opening two games against Italy and Norway, however, they need a point to confirm their place in the quarter-finals.

While they don’t need to win, France’s quality should shine through and Sylvain Ripoll will demand his side keep their winning run going as they head into the knockout stages of the competition.

We fancy France to get the job done, however, Switzerland will likely cause Ripoll’s men a few problems.

Switzerland have scored four and conceded four in their opening two games so we’re siding with Both Teams to Score.

Both teams have bagged in Switzerland’s last five matches in all competitions and they need a result if they are to book their place in the quarter-finals, so they should be chucking bodies forward.
