3pm: Manchester United v Manchester City
TV: BBC One, ITV1, STV, BBC iPlayer and ITVX
We’ve got cup finals coming out of our ears on Saturday with England, Scotland and Germany all serving up their domestic showpiece events all throughout the day. We’ll start at Wembley for the first ever all-Manchester FA Cup Final where United fans will be praying for a win to prevent City from potentially matching their legendary treble.
Manchester City (-1)
The omens are not good for Red Devils supporters, though. While United actually won the last meeting of the two sides, 2-1 at Old Trafford in January, they’ve lost the previous three and four of the last five before that game at the start of this year. They’re normally comprehensive losses as well.
Of the games City have won in the derby since 2020/21 they’ve passed the Manchester City (-1) handicap on every occasion. You could argue that United are in the better form with four straight wins coming into this but City have wrapped up the title, rested and rotated ahead of this and the Champions League final. They’ll be ready to go here and there’s a good chance they could blow United out of the water.
Over 2.5 Goals
Which leads us onto Over 2.5 Goals. Lots of finals are quite drab affairs but with United looking to hit on the counter and City looking to make history with their sensational style of play, this could buck the trend.
In the four games between the two in the last two Premier League campaigns there have been a whopping 19 goals at an average of 4.75 per game. We might be lucky to get that, but I think we will see Over 2.5 Goals which has clicked in all three of their most recent matches.
5.30pm: Celtic v Inverness
TV: BBC One Scotland, Viaplay Sports 1, BBC iPlayer
Celtic (-2)
We’re off north of the border now for what should be another routine Scottish FA Cup win for Premiership champions Celtic. They face Inverness Caledonian Thistle of The Scottish Championship at Hampden Park on Saturday and they could only muster a sixth-placed finish in the second tier.
Obviously The Boys are huge favourites here, however the price of Celtic (-2) in the handicaps is decent and is a line and their recent results tell us they’ve got a good chance of crossing. They’ve been a little up and down but have scored 11 in their last five against the best of the rest that Scotland has to offer and they should make light work of Cally here.

Kyogo Furuhashi to Score 2 or More Goals
Kyogo Furuhashi has been sensational for Celtic this season, bagging 30 goals and three assists in 45 games in all competitions. With numbers like that there’s plenty of talk this could be his last game for the Glasgow side. He’s got four in his last four and comes here with a brace against Aberdeen. At a nice price it might be worth taking a chance on Kyogo Furuhashi to Score 2 or More Goals.
7pm: RB Leipzig v Frankfurt
TV: Viaplay Xtra
Both Teams To Score And Over 2.5 Goals
It all concludes in Germany where RB Leipzig face Eintracht Frankfurt in the DFB Pokal. Die Roten Bullen are the defending champions and won their first title last year. Paddy’s traders fancy them to turn one into two on Saturday night in Berlin.
It was one win a piece during the Bundesliga campaign with Frankfurt slaughtering the Bulls 4-0 in September before they turned the tables 2-1 in Leipzig in February. It’s Leipzig who are in fine form now though, and they come into this on the back of nine wins in their last 10 while Eintracht have won four, drawn three and lost three in the same timeframe.
However, while the results have been contrasting both have seen loads of goals at both ends of late and we’ll back that trend to continue with Both Teams To Score And Over 2.5 Goals. This has landed in four of Frankfurt’s last five and the same number for RB in all competitions.
